Terrible experience. The chicken nuggets were dry, tough, and tasted like they’d been sitting out for hours—completely flavorless and definitely not fresh. The chicken teriyaki was even worse: the meat was so dry and rubbery it was almost inedible.
Honestly, this was some of the worst food I’ve had in a long time. Huge disappointment. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else.

Pricey for what it is. Small rolls. Not super well made - they were falling apart and the rice wasn’t spaced out evenly. Shrimp tempura was mostly batter. Also how do you forget one of only 3 filling ingredients (cucumber) in a California roll???

Ordered take out. The spicy tuna smelled and tasted old and not very fresh. The other roll was not made with care. They both look like gas station sushi on a tinfoil tray. The tempura appetizer was like eating broccoli coated in raw batter. Two stars because one star reviews get overlooked as being overly flamey. The food was gross. Straight into the garbage bin.

I got one order of yellowtail sashimi. One very small piece arrived. It was $7. I called the restaurant and spoke with the owner who defended selling the bite size piece of fish for $7. It wasn’t even worth $3.

I have this really weird experience of Zakura. I almost never write reviews so bear with me. I enjoy Zakura’s food, firstly a lot of people who complain of the prices are probably the same people who never set foot in the Hamptons, yeah it’s unfortunate and annoying but have some geographical common sense. I don’t have an issue with Zakura’s food or atmosphere or their over the top prices, the issue lies with its staff. Where I’m from I was always taught to put my best foot forward when having a job, maybe they’re just tired of dealing with entitled people, I’m not quite sure, but any time I come in here the staff acts as if I’m annoying them when this is their job. It would be one thing if they attempted to be nice, but they always act as if they’re doing you a favor even though they’re doing the bare minimum of customer service. I ain’t a Karen and I’m not gonna say anything out of pocket, I’m just stating a fact if you work a job you should at least attempt to be polite cause if it was my restaurant I would not want those workers representing my brand. Side note: they’re not even qualified to work there, I asked them questions about Japanese ingredients and ironically I knew more then the workers! Major yikes.

SO GOOD! Sushi is super fresh and good portions! Deff try their crispy rice too!

The cheaper specialty rolls are only 6 pc. So be mindful of that.

Do not go here if you are ordering for more than one person! They will forget orders, and put all types of sushi together even when you ask them to separate.

nice place to get takeout when we're tired. the boba isn't very good, but the mocha is delicious and the sushi is flavorful. make sure to get more rolls than you think you'll need, as they're smaller than expected. however they are still worth the price (compared to other sushi places these days).

Zakura’s is such a great addition to EH takeaway options! The sushi is (actually) made to order, fresh and delicious each time. The bento box is my fave - the steak option is fairly priced and addictive. Yes, the prices may seem high, but look at where we are. In context of this place, the prices are reasonable.I love that I can order by phone and not pay any additional fees, and my orders are generally ready within 15 mins. I have ordered at least every two weeks since they opened and have not had a bad experience! Plus the staff is lovely and friendly. Highly recommend!

A couple of months ago, ordered takeout from Zakura (it's right near Hampton Chutney). Fantastic! Seriously good, and quick as well.
