“The food at Brunch is delicious. It is a quaint little place in Sayville that you would miss if you blinked. The decor is fun and eclectic. Brunch does not have a tremendous amount of seating. The dining area isn’t big, so I think that lends itself to how fresh and yummy the food tastes. The menu offers the right amount of choices, but don't expect a typical diner menu. I think once word gets out, it is going to be hard to get in! It is a little diamond in the rough of Sayville. I do have one complaint; no parking! I had to park the next street over. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise because I needed a little walk after a full, yummy breakfast. I wanted everything on the menu, so I will be going back. No doubt about it. The staff is super friendly and one of them has BEAutiful handwriting (If you get the reference, you are my people!).“

“I absolutely love this Cafe! The food is ALWAYS fresh and very hearty. Everything I have gotten so far has been absolutely delicious. This is my go to place for lunch during the work week because they are very health conscience and reasonably priced. I particularly like ordering online where I can add or delete any of the ingredients to my liking. They have a huge selection of food so there is something for everyone. They have a Breakfast and Lunch menu that includes Omelets and platters of all kinds for breakfast, burgers, salads, wraps, paninis, soups, quesadillas, regular & fish tacos and vegetarian wraps and much more. You can even eat your lunch on an outside patio area. 10 out of 10.“

They were a godsend!! The owners took it upon themselves to ensure everything was on time. They helped us by reserving some indoor tables right outside their cafe so that our group could stay together. Most importantly, the food we ordered was fresh, tasty, and a hit with everyone. “At some food service places workers can be so mean but when I say this store has some friendly and well rounded people I mean it! When I went I was constantly given compliments and was treated so nicely! I recommend everyone to come to this store. Everything there is so delicious, what is there to lose??

Parking: So many open spots!“

Kid-friendliness: Wouldn't bring energetic kids that like getting up anf movi g around because of its little room

Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible but it will be hard to move around due to its pack spacing.“

“They have a Victorian Tea at the Cafe. We made a reservation for a Saturday afternoon a day before. The Victorian Tea was $42.95 a person plus tax and automatic 20% tip so for 2 people, the bill was $110.49. Each person gets a tea pot. The scone and pistachio cake were good. The decor in the tea room was nice though. We came in a relatively hot day and they had fans out since there was no AC.“

“Megan was awesome! She was handling the customers and food well! By herself she had 3 customers at a time as 1 person left a new person came in.
Personally, I would have had a panic attack if I was in her situation but she kept her head on the task at hand and was friendly and greeted everyone as they walked in the door. Megan was fantastic and I was impressed by her being so calm and collected with what should be a stressful situation. Dealing with customers that can be nasty and rude is no fun task, but Megan was a star!

“As I was standing online in the Deer Park Panera Bread, a short Hispanic man was seen sprinkling coffee grounds in the coffee filter. As he was sprinkling the coffee grounds he began EATING the coffee GROUNDS out of the filter with his bare hands. THIS OCCURRED SEVERAL TIMES! I went to the Hispanic young lady at the registered to describe his behavior. She proceeded to go to speak with him with her back turned to me. I then proceeded to inform the manager! She replied in a nonchalant manner, “thanks for letting me know.”BEWARE THIS IS UNSAFE AND UNSANITARY!!! I wondered if the rest of the coffee was CONTAMINATED WITH HIS SALIVA!!!“

“My husband & I were at the Smithtown Historical Grounds for a craft fair on 6/7/21. We ordered the typical chicken fingers with fries & bbq sauce on the side. Well, this was anything but typical! The food was delicious but the bbq sauce was unique & incredible and left me wanting more….no NEEDING more! George was nice enough to arrange to meet me next week so I could purchase a jar of his homemade sauce which I’m looking forward to. Service with a smile & amazing bbq sauce! Somehow, I managed to order a half sandwich with the bread, the meat, and the cheese removed! Thank goodness the employee with my order decided to call me up to check if this is indeed I wanted. “I've always been going to this location due to its convenience but now that it's under new ownership this year, not only is it better but you get more for your dollar. The prices now are actually better than they were under previous management. Great combinations for breakfast or lunch, many fresh cream cheeses and bagels/flagles. I highly recommend this location. If you cannot find it, go right past the Walgreens if you are heading north on Terry and turn where it says massage envy because it is easy to miss. If you hit Maureen's, you went too far north. It will be on your right.“

“Jason the manager is truly the kindest person ever. I had ordered some soup after some dental surgery and my husband picked it up on the way home from work, only to find it was the wrong one. I called the store and he was so very respectful and kind and offered to fix it. I’ve never had better customer service. My husband went back and said he apologized to him again, and was a very nice guy. Thanks Jason! We need more people like you out in the hospitality business.“
