I hate to Write this but after several times I have to this is Hands down the worse Dunkin’ Donuts on the island this place messes up the orders everytime…everytime… workers are constantly falling asleep like they are on drugs and never using clean gloves touching there cuts and nose then the food then the money this place use to be good but the new owners run a terrible establishment drive 5 mins down the road to oakdale they are so amazing

Went in there with a group of highschoolers and the woman behind the counter actually told a near 70-year-old woman as she handed the bathroom key to her to please flush and wash your hands and proceeded to explain to the store that they HAVE to tell people that!!! What?!?? I was mortified for that woman! What kind of rule is that especially saying it out loud in front of a pretty filled store for such a small location

Not sure what happened to this Dunkin Donut location. There use to be four very nice woman who worked at this location. Since new management all the previous hard working, pleasant, and quick to get you your orders employees have quit. Service has not been the same since. The quality of the coffee has declined as well. One of my coffee orders had coffee grinds at the bottom of the cup. Another few times my hot coffee was cold. I am disappointed. I use to look forward to my morning coffee and morning smiling crew.

I don't know what happened to this DD, I have to say it is one of the worse on my list. The coffee taste watered down. I used to frequent this DD in the past and it was always great. Now the last two times I went there not happy. Maybe new owners not sure. I won't be going there anymore.

This place is amazing. Workers are super kind and amazing customer service was on point. Especially this new worker they hired, Arik. Arik was super kind and didn’t rush me like some places do. Took my order and made it perfectly. Highly recommended!

No drive thru. Very small location. While we were in process of ordering, they let another customer jump ahead of us because he was impatient. Coffee was like any other DD. No food.

6/30 - Monday 9:30 am, came in to order breakfast and a iced coffee. As I was placing my order, the cashier had a hard time placing my order. As she had great difficulty, another customer came in, so impatient he couldn't wait and was served causing my order be incorrectly handled and no breakfast. Don't come here, you won't be served correctly and other customers before you placed after you and you be stuck with incorrect orders, and going through the day with out eating.

Walked in to get a hot coffee. Three women working there screaming at each other. I tied to give my order 4 times and the woman just turned and started yelling even more at the other two. I finally walked out

3 people working inside the store, at 11:46 on a Monday on Dec 2, with no customers inside, and somehow the workers are still lazy, ignorant and quite rude. They acted as if I wasn’t even standing there. They were all focused in their own little worlds. Except for this one older lady who was working, that I saw right before I walked out. Thank you to her! 🥲

I was hopeful that after the Islip terrace location incident that this east Islip one would be better. I feel like I’m in an episode of punkd
I placed a mobile order for a bacon and cheese sandwich on a toasted bagel and a coffee. I arrived and the order was being packaged. I was hopeful. I thanked the younger woman working and she didn’t even glance at me. No big deal. My order was ready and perfect!
I parked to eat and opened the sandwich. I thought it was Odd it felt Cold from the outside. When I opened it I had an untoasted bagel with two cold pieces of cheese.
I drove back to the location and showed the woman. Instead of saying sorry she argued that I didn’t order right and to show her my order. I was stunned. I asked if she could just remake it and Again she states I didn’t order correctly and walks away to make it. I find my receipt and show that I did indeed order toasted. She threw the bag on the counter and walked away. Additionally the munching were stale 😭
