3 people working inside the store, at 11:46 on a Monday on Dec 2, with no customers inside, and somehow the workers are still lazy, ignorant and quite rude. They acted as if I wasn’t even standing there. They were all focused in their own little worlds. Except for this one older lady who was working, that I saw right before I walked out. Thank you to her! 🥲

Bathroom is out of order either the sign is a lie or the employees do not have access to a bathroom I doubt the hygiene of the people working here

I was hopeful that after the Islip terrace location incident that this east Islip one would be better. I feel like I’m in an episode of punkd
I placed a mobile order for a bacon and cheese sandwich on a toasted bagel and a coffee. I arrived and the order was being packaged. I was hopeful. I thanked the younger woman working and she didn’t even glance at me. No big deal. My order was ready and perfect!
I parked to eat and opened the sandwich. I thought it was Odd it felt Cold from the outside. When I opened it I had an untoasted bagel with two cold pieces of cheese.
I drove back to the location and showed the woman. Instead of saying sorry she argued that I didn’t order right and to show her my order. I was stunned. I asked if she could just remake it and Again she states I didn’t order correctly and walks away to make it. I find my receipt and show that I did indeed order toasted. She threw the bag on the counter and walked away. Additionally the munching were stale 😭
I don’t know what is going on with Dunkin in Long Island but it’s not good

I’m terrible at decision making on what I wanna order, so I asked the cute goth girl to surprise me with any pumpkin related drink. Made sure to ask what milk was okay which I appreciated then made me this delicious concoction I’m sure to order again. Keep it up, best way to start my morning is w a good coffee and a beautiful smile!

Came in to pick up an order and I just want to say how rude these children are that work behind the counter . The girl who was working refused to give me her name! She was so rude I purposely didn’t say thank you for my drink where she repeatedly kept saying you’re welcome. She was rude from the time I walked in and you can tell she absolutely hates her job ! Her nails are excessively long which also poses a risk to bacteria growth and infection and she consistently touched her face. Please be mindful when hiring people like this you will lose customers very quickly and not having a supervisor within the facility is an extremely horrible look! If this is your supervisor I would highly recommend a new one ! Horrible customer service !!!!!!!

I LOVE the morning crew.I work at dunkin myself so sometimes when I crave it, I expect it to be the way I like it/make it myself. Every dunkin is a hit or miss, we all know that. But this morning crew is top notch. My food was perfectly toasted, my drink was delicious compared to how I normally drink it. ALWAYS gets its right. Props to them, You would think it’s easy to get it right, but some Dunkins lack that.Thank u for the delicious food

I understand that young kids need jobs but if you’re going to have 2 young kids alone working in the store… show them the proper way to treat customers and also make a basic drink or have a supervisor there to oversee your store. I ordered a medium iced matcha latte. He puts the powder straight into the almond milk and ice puts a spoon in for 3-4 seconds but not on bottom to mix the powder and then hands it to me. I immediately said are you going to mix that it was straight almond milk so he goes oh ok and mixes it again at top of cup and not the actual powder on the bottom so again all the powder on bottom and hands it to me with the drink poured all over the side and then was annoyed I wanTed napkins. I couldn’t speak to a manager because again 2 school age kids working alone. Every Dunkin I go to they mix matcha into hot water first or blend / shake it up then pour into milk choice so you’re not getting all milk or straight powder on bottom. This is 3rd time I’ve been to this location and got a young kid with no customer service skills or care in the world to serve the customers. It’s aggravating that something simple is always a huff and a puff. If you don’t like your job find a new one not working with the public.
