The Irish Coffee Pub is one of the finest restaurants on Long Island. From the consistent seasonal decor to amazing aroma when you walk in the door and are greeted by Irish warmth and hospitality. The restaurant is one of the most beautifully decorated and carries an ambiance that is rare these days. The menu is incredible, we had the Clams Casino and Prosciutto wrapped Mozzarella barrata for apps, the always delicious cream of potato soup a 40 plus year legend at the ICP. Followed by a fresh and crispy house salad with their special creamy house dressing. My NY strip was a quality as the best steakhouses in NY and my girls Cedar plank Salmon with a light yet robust cream sauce is a must try. My words are not capable of adequately describing it’s robust, hearty combination of the cedar flavored salmon. Topped it off with another Irish Coffee Pub original, their own Mud Pie, Chocolate Coffee Ice cream pie in Oreo crust, topped with candied pecans, hot fudge and whipped cream.

I forgot how beautiful this place was inside! We enjoyed ourselves except for bartender didn't seem friendly or smile at all and it wasn't crowded. Maybe he was having an off day. Food was good and waitress was very pleasant!

We were here for a wedding rehearsal dinner. It is a very nice place to hold any kind of party or gathering. We were upstairs in a room that had a domed ceiling, so the acoustics were just wild! We heard conversations from the other side if the room that sounded like they were right behind us. The various rooms available range from very comfortable and classic with lots of wood, to a couple with a more modern and elegant feel.

We had my daughters bridal shower there years ago. Beautiful restaurant, great service, food was delicious, many guests complimented on food and atmosphere. polite and so helpful. Happy to hear it's still open and doing well. Definitely recommend The Irish Coffee

Had a large party there the prime rib was subpar didn't have a good flavor and the chicken was too dry. Best thing was the spinach crab soup that was excellent. Service was slow I wound up clearing off glasses off the table myself. Price seems fair.
I had the salmon francese.. was very good but I did not like the dried onion on top it took away from the moisture of the salmon. But everything else and the salmon was delicious!!!

That's even more fun on saint.Patrick's day. We went for a funeral luncheon.Everything was top notch. Very clean really nice atmosphere, Everything about it was five stars
