Food was excellent. Nice looking restaurant and bar. Service paid no attention to us. Put a bottle wine down and walked away. Never came over to ask us if we needed anything until our table was cleared at end. Don't park in right side. Too narrow. Car parked right next to me and couldn't get into my car. Had to page owner to move it.
Food and service is always great. Was very crowded and loud but always a great atmosphere.
The food quality and the price is second to none. Portion sizes are very good and I can't wait to go back.
Went for the Lobster Roll choice. I had the Long Island Roll, and it was stuffed and delish! My SIL had the Old Bay seasoned Lobster Roll. It was also stuffed and delish. The server was delightful, place was a bit noisy, but great atmosphere. We shared the Tartufo for dessert, we were stuffed. Each Lobster Roll came with reg or cajun fries too. Next time I need to get the Bread Bowl with Lobster Bisque. That looked amazing!
Jackson Hall is a GREAT restaurant!!! The staff is VERY FRIENDLY, and the food is ALWAYS AMAZING!!! I would HIGHLY recommend going and having one of their many lobster rolls A++++ 👍❤️👍
“The food is absolutely outstanding, the service is incredible, and Chef Mike is one of a kind. Do yourself a favor — if you’re in the area, stop in. You won’t be disappointed!!
The food is always delish ! We frequent Jackson Hall and have never had a bad meal - summer lobster rolls are amazing - tried a new dish last night shrimp with lobster risotto 🤩 our waiter was great got my difficult drink order right every time . Highly recommend a trip to Jackson hall - kudos to Chef Mike
We had the salmon 😋 great portions and perfect cooked. We had the mussels in a lobster sauce. Wow big portions
Absolutely the best Lobster Rolls in the NY area and I am from CT. The atmosphere was incredible. A very relaxed atmosphere with amazing food. Do not sleep on the drinks either. I am repeating the Lobster Rolls! Folks, well worth the trip
The parking lot is very small. There is a parking area next door and across the street. The food is excellent, lobster rolls are delicious! Big bar and very busy. Very noisy when we were there. There is indoor and outdoor seating. I would like to take my family members there.

Our service was great and the atmosphere was lively and vibrant. My lobster roll which cost 36.75 was chewy and tasteless.
I had one of the lobster rolls and it was really delicious!!! My husband had steak and eggs and he loved it!!!
I really love Jackson Hall. The lobster rolls are delicious. My husband had a brunch and he said his was good . The service was excellent very friendly. Anytime I am in Islip, I goto Jackson Hall, I go there all the way from Brooklyn
I love this place! Great food! Great atmosphere! I had the lobster bomb. The best! Loaded with lobster! So delicious!!
In summary, an absolute disappointment. Round one, a passable onion soup, a tasty muscle pot and a plate of rubber calimari. Round two: a pair of inedible lobster rolls on soggy buns that took an hour to arrive at the table. A Mac and cheese burger that was over cooked and topped with a scoop of box quality Mac. We declined the offer of a free dessert after voicing our opinions on the dinner. Packed up what became a $215 meal for our dogs and left.
