We were promptly shown to our table and the chef/owner came over to welcome us. The passion for his food was evident. The lobster bisque was highly recommended in the reviews and they were 100% right. The best I've had with big lumps of lobster meat. Everything else was as delicious and enjoyed by everyone. We will be back!

i have eaten here more then once , and usually have a great experience . They were obviously hosting a party so we were seated in another section . The tables were placed oddly , so the seating was very tight . The service was ok , but it all seemed confusing . I ordered banana pancakes . They were average , bananas only on top . That disappointed . Sausages were good . Home fries good but not hot . My bloody mary was so strong i sent it back . Not my favorite day at Jackson Hall . To their credit I have been there before with much better experiences all around, but not today .

I had a great weekday lunch here! We started with cocktails. I had an old fashion and my friend had a bay breeze. They were both really good! For lunch we both ordered. The Cobb salad. It was great! It had a beautifully grilled pieces of skirt steak and chicken along with the egg, bacon and cheese. The dressing was delicious! I would recommend switching out the cheddar for blue cheese. It was pretty busy. It was a little slow for a work lunch so make sure you let the server know if you need to get out. I am def going back!

Had a great dinner here. Lobster bisque was creamy with huge chunks of lobster. Steak was cooked perfectly. Buffalo mac and cheese skillet (blue cheese on side) was heavenly.

One of our favorite local places to go. Always great staff, we sit at the bar and really enjoy our evening with Eric(the best bartender) Great food and cocktails. The lobster roll is available in so many different styles, my favorite is the warm one with butter! Still our go to place!!

I enjoyed the food very much, order the lobster bisque (it lives up to the hype) so creamy, smooth, and full of large chunks of lobster. The bang bang shrimp was ok, I felt the mayo was overpowering, but the shrimp was well cooked. The slider appetizer was good. The Ahi tuna salad was delicious. The burger with bacon, jalapeño cream cheese, and fried egg was just ok. The egg was overcooked. The service on Saturday night wasn't good. Our server never offered us bread and didn't bother to come to the table, I had to ask other staff to get him several times. Overall, the meal was good. The following day, my stepson wanted to go back just for the lobster bisque, so we did. It was just as good as the night before, but our server was much better. Needless to say, we will be back.

Went here last night for my first time and was not disappointed. The bread was hot and fluffy. The lobster bisque was one of the best i’ve ever had-and i’ve eaten a lot of lobster bisque soups at other establishments. Rich, creamy flavor and generous amount of lobster chunks. I had the skirt steak cooked medium well and it was cooked to my liking as i was worried it would have came out on the more rare side or overcooked (i’m pregnant) It was cooked perfectly. Although one of the waiters/servers had tipped over my soup while he was putting it down and a quarter of it landed on the dish underneath the soup dish and then the guy laughed about it and didn’t even say sorry. It was an overall great experience. The owner was walking around to tables for people he knew which was good for business. I tried to get his attention to tell him how I follow him on his facebook videos but I couldn’t flag him down. He was busy with his other patrons. I would highly recommend this restaurant and I will be back :)

Great food, the waitress was attentive. Went in the winter, but the outside area looked fun for the summer. Would highly recommend going. I will be back again.
