I really like coming here me and my partner frequent here often tbh and we love their chicken! I appreciate the manager always being nice and fixing any issues i've had and i came in late one time and i felt bad but he still dropped fresh chicken for me and made it! Always been nice to me everytime i come in! There was ONE person who gave me a hard time bout getting two thighs in the six dollar meal, but the manager fixed it asap!
Have been a regular here and Riaz syed has always been friendly.

I am Tex’s customer since 2018 in Foster ave Brooklyn. I wa so happy when they opened in Hicksville and Islip near my home. Most of the time they made mess up with my order in Islip branch. In my order package some stuff missed many times and I complained. Today when we bring bag in home 2 Mac and cheese missed. I called and branch manager spoke with me very bad manner and blaming me that I am laying . He doesn’t know how to speak. I think with increasing the business make them decreasing the moral value. My family and family friends definitely not going anymore there.
