placed an online order, got email confirmation, said it would be delivered by 10-10:15. at 1100 when I called because my order still hadn't arrived I couldn't get through to anyone. Tried calling for 30 min and still no answer
Huge shout out to Panera in East Meadow and it’s manager Chris for the more than generous donation to our HS staff appreciation day! It was last minute and he went above and beyond. Thanks for giving back to our community😊

Panera Bread provides a great customer service experience, with friendly staff. They have a new menu with old favorites and new choices like tasty onion soup and a chicken and avocado sandwich. The prices are a bit high, with a Pick 2 option costing a lot, which some find expensive for the portion size. Despite the prices, the quality of the food and the welcoming vibe of the people make this Panera Bread location worth the visit. The dining area is generally well kept and there are kiosks for self-ordering or you can order with the cashier. It is a great place to study with lots of tables and outlets. The place doesn't get overwhelmingly loud or packed so you can spend a lot of time here and get your work done. They tend to keep the temperature pretty cool. The sip club is a great deal. There's parking in the front and back, but it can get pretty busy. Tomato soup in a bread bowl is a must try.
