Today, I went to the store to buy few things with a gift card. When I asked for the balance they did not know answer me because they do not have idea how to process the old card. (The manager said is an old card) but that is not a good answer from the manager. They never could not help me. So, I lost the money in the card? It is important how to work with a customer and fine a good solution. Terrible and bad customer service.
