Where to start?! The food that is served at Panera is what it is, but what makes this location special is the service by their management team. Kim, Chris and Trisha are thoughtful, courteous, respectful, caring & helpful. The team always greets me and many of their customers with smiles and address them by their names. In my opinion the food is nothing special and way overpriced for what you get.It's a fast food place where you serve yourself. The menu is way too complicated to figure out what you might want and the self serve panels a pain to use. Seating is not comfortable and tables not really clean.
