“So this is a Dive Bar that is Cash Only. There's a parking lot that's shared with neighboring businesses. They have about 8 beers on tap but no food to select from. They offer an ATM, Dart Board, Multiple TV's, Off Track Betting Station, Pinball Machine, Pool Table, TouchTunes, and they play QuickDraw. Occasionally, they'll have Live Music playing and smoking can be done behind the building. There's plenty of seating for small to midsize groups of people, with separate restrooms for men and women. There is a kitchen here, but it's not in use. This place has a fun atmosphere about it and is worth checking out.“

“The food here is fine. No culinary adventure, but respectable. The people here however are wonderful. Friendly, pleasant, and really make you feel welcome. Great place to get your grub on, and before your leave, get the best carrot cake you've ever tasted.“

“Really beautifully done restaurant.. the decor is very warm and homie feeling but still very classy and super nice. The food was very good , I loved their fried pickle's and the steak was great! “We booked my sister's surprise 30th Birthday at the Tap Room in Patchogue and had the BEST experience! Both bartenders were so kind and accommodating the entire time! Also, booking was a breeze! I was in great communication with the Event Coordinators throughout the entire process prior to the party. They were always prompt in answering questions and super friendly. Everyone at the party loved the food (we ordered a few trays of apps) and did the open bar package. The night couldn't have gone any better!“

“My boyfriend and I love Buttermilk’s! It’s one of our absolute favorite date spots. Perfect for breakfast or lunch! Extensive menu of food and drinks with a lot of creative specials! There’s usually a wait when we go, but we never wait as long as they tell us we might have to. The atmosphere is amazing, the staff is friendly, and the food is AWESOME! I never write reviews for places but Buttermilk’s deserved the A+ review!“

“Met some friends here on a Wednesday night. Our first time here and it won't be my last. First impression was very nice atmosphere when we walked in. Service was tremendous. When we arrived, we were greeted promptly and throughout our dinner multiple people had come around asking if anything was needed including the manager a few times. Food was excellent. A variety basket of fresh breads was set down and we started and shared the calamari which was flavorful and seemed perfectly cooked. Wasn't squishy or rubbery which would be the adjectives I'd use at some other places. I can't remember the name of the dish I had but it included house-made pasta, diced chicken and brown sauce. It was delicious. I'll be coming back with my wife and daughter very soon.“

“Haven't been in a long time. Was so pleasantly surprised on first that you had Harp on draft and that fact that was a fun place that day and burger was excellent. Bartenders were very busy but handled it like true professionals. Wait staff was working very hard. Will def be back again.“

“Can't say enough about Terence and his crew (especially Kim!). Great vibe, nice people, fun decor (and talented art work that rotates monthly on the walls). There is always a fun movie playing, when there isn't some game show or trivia night...but that's cool too! Never disappointed and always happy we went!“

“Had a great lunch here with a coworker. Views were great and the food was very good. The Thai chili wings and the cob salad, I can attest, are spot on. The only thing keeping this place from five stars with me is the dining room is a bit cramped. Nevertheless, I'll be back with the wife. She'll enjoy it too I'm sure.“

“This is by far my favorite place to go and have an amazing meal with such an incredible staff.. The bartenders are the nicest ever and the food is always fresh and the presentation is amazing.. “So— this place has me perplexed. I feel like John Taffer needs to come here and haul this place and make it what it’s worth. The first thing I asked for when I sat at the bar was a drink menu. The bartender did a ??‍♀️??‍♀️we don’t have one? Idk I’d think a bar on one of the most famous Long Island lakes would be a little more high end. The landscaping and overall care of the building is lacking. Rocks everywhere / Old chairs and cushions kinda thrown in the corner and dirty. Despite many signs asking smokers (and I’m a smoker) to use receptacles. There were cigarette butts lodged in between the deck boards outside. This place has SO MUCH potential. The beach view is beautiful and the set up for the band outside looked really nice m- but we were leaving then. The bathrooms were also filthy. The bartender made me a nice drink, good amount of alcohol and around 10 bucks.But come ON guys. You have so much potential for that place.Overall I would return because of the view and the staff were nice.“

“Let me start this review by saying that I love shooting pool here, every one is so friendly.The owners are very nice people, they will make you feel at home. The pool tables are well maintained, and the place is very clean, including the bathroom. Music plays in the background, but at just the right level. Their rates are very affordable. I live in Levittown but don't mind driving all the way there because I know I am going to have a great day. Thank you, guys, and keep up the good work.“

“This was the best first visit at any local bar I have ever had. We were skeptical as this was a small discreet location. The staff and clientele were absolutely wonderful. It was almost comical that they have a sign on the outside about coming there as strangers and leaving as friends but that is exactly the way we felt. Not only did everyone in there seem like they knew each other they quickly scooped us up and included us in everything that was going on. They don't have food but a very nice arrangement with the local businesses so you can have anything you want quickly delivered. They even have private menus just for their establishment. We will 100% be back.“

“Used to go here for metal shows when it was Finns. Glad to see the local scence is still alive and well here. Love their stage room. The black lights and the black light recsssive images along with the color changing lights pointed at the pictures make an awesome effect. The sound quality is very good. The art everywhere is great. The bartender was also kind and made good drinks. The bathrooms were clean and upkept well.“

“Patrons, bar tenders and owner very friendly and welcoming. I went in by myself, started hitting some pool balls, a patron came up to me and asked if I wanted to play a game. After we played a few games he introduced to some of other guys and gals there. Really nice time for me. When in the area I go back, very relaxing.Parking: Parking is fine“

“They don't really have food but man is this place to go on a Wed night for Karaoke! Shout out to the owner Brendan the owner! My business holds its network meeting their the 3rd Thursday of every month and what he does to give back to the community is amazing. One if the greatest guys you'll ever meet! You can also hit it up for events like the car show they have on certain Sundays, bingo night, and awesome DJ's! Def lookout for Barb the DJ! She's the best with the classic party hits ! And don't forget to tip your bartender well cause they make the best drinks and one of the few places they have fresh frozen drinks made with the blender and coffee!! Yum“

Service is fast but never rushed, accommodating to extra needs and delightful to talk to. Tonight we had Carissa who was so charming and made great recommendations for our experience. “I absolutely love the social. This is the newest up and coming restaurant/bar in patchogue. The food is top notch. They have so many options for pizza and alternatives for people with dietary restrictions. The owners are so sweet, amazing and accommodating. I enjoy myself every single time I come here or get take out. Seriously this is one of my new fave spots. I can’t say enough amazing things about this establishment. On top of all of this they have a great night life and when there is a DJ the music is always so good and fun. Couldn’t recommend the social more !!!!“

He knows a bot about everything and a gem in a pub for visitors. Thana you.Mario is another gem, bit of a wild card, not a cig, and he will make you laugh all night. “The quintessential neighborhood bar. Lot's of regulars that work in the trades/union members. Good-natured banter all around.As a woman in a predominantly male bar, I was included in the conversation, and had a great time. The bartender went out of her way to recommend good places to eat and she felt like an old friend. Love her!“

“I went down to watch FlexFight MMA fight night series and my friends pro MMA debut. He was the co-main event (Cole "The Crow" Barnard..he won). The sound, lighting, and DJ were good. The fights were what I would expect from amateur fights. The production is pretty good, and they keep it entertaining.Typical show drink prices $5 waters, etc. The stereo garden is attached to a place that sells food, (burgerology which I didn't buy anything from) and there's parking all around as it's right off main street in Patchogue. Be careful though as there's a development that owns the streets and you need a permit or you'll get towed.The LIRR is right down the street so transportation is accessible if you don't want to drive. But driving is easy there. And if you're a decent driver the LIE is a breeze to drive on.“
