“We've tried just about every pizza place in the Patchogue/Medford area and Carlito's is by far our favorite. Now we order from here almost every week. Perfect crust - not too doughy, not too thin. The sauce is rich and flavorful. Fast delivery. And most importantly the pizza is consistently fresh and delicious. Highly recommend!“

“Nashville hot chicken is basically oily chicken with heat. Which isn't a bad thing! I have had both Prince's and Hattie B's in Nashville (even lived pretty close to Prince's until there was a fire) and this is comparable. In general I wish there was more flavor to the batter or the chicken. That goes for all Nashville hot chicken. The chicken itself was not dry, which is a must, and it was very filling. I'd definitely come here again.“

“Counter server was very attentive to my order, especially in getting it correct. It was a split order and was bagged up correctly! I noted to Kelly that she should consider being a waitress in restaurant with a little bit more experience!! It's great to see young people take their jobs seriously and carry them out well!!!“

“I have to COMPLETELY COMPLIMENT the staff here....there was a manager Junior and very nice lady "carla"?? Sorry forgot her name? and another very cooperative and kind gentleman that helped us when the guy I support accidentally ordered entirely the wrong thing and got the huge meal for $45 as he got confused. He has special needs. After he received the "large" order and was quite upset & confused: we went back up to the counter and it didn't take them long to understand our situation and immediately fix everything and arrange for his credit card to be credited. I sincerely appreciated this and am very thankful for their compassionate and positive attitudes.To me, they went above and beyond and I feel blessed. “I almost didn't eat here because of reviews until I saw another person say they have been doing alot better. Chicken was fresh and amazing tonite. Staff was polite. I'm not one to write reviews but these guys seem to have taken alot of the feedback and have been making an effort so I would definitely recommend giving them another chance if you've had problems in the past“
