I felt compelled to write this. Never have I ever had a skimpier amount of butter in a toasted bagel as I did today at this place. I often feel that most places actually put too much on theirs. No chance of that here. $3.26 for a bagel basically. I suspected I once got sick here before but wasn't sure. Now I know NEVER will I return

This was our place to go before we moved out of state. Had no idea management changed and with it was the service. we were excited to go get our usual orders, well, Our order was wrong, ordered fried eggs on a bagel, received scrambled. we asked for whole wheat bagels the girl who helped us had no idea what a whole wheat bagel was. So sad to see these businesses go down the drain. Never going there again. Disappointed to say the least.

Placed an order for a biali and mini bagel, staff began to take my order while simultaneously answering phone and taking other orders touching her face mask, hair and everything in between and proceeds to fix my order with 1 glove on her hand touched her face mask with the ungloved hand and then grabs my order out of the toaster as if that was ok she looks at me and I walked out leaving my order behind. In the times that we live in being unsanitary with people's food will cost you.

Been going there a couple times a week for a few years now. The older guy (sorry - bald) always makes mistakes and he always seems to be the one taking my order. He's totally lost !!! have to change bagel stores.

i’ve been coming to this bagel store for 20’years. it’s a shame the white male staff with something on his face was so rude to his customers, he seemed on something. too early in the morning to deal with someone rude and unprofessional. last time i go here.

Haven't been there in a while. Nothing has changed, still overpriced, Employees still can't tell the difference between an onion and garlic bagel. When you order a buttered bagel, you have to ask for a lot of butter because all they do is take the knife out of the tub and clean it off on your bagel.

My friend brought me here for the first time, and I was very impressed! There were many versions of bagel combos and sandwiches, and also many kinds of bottled drinks, and cakes and cookies! The service was fast and the workers polite and friendly.
Kid-friendliness: I didn't see many kids there, but they were nice and friendly to the ones I saw.
Terrible service from this person 4/21/24 12:25pm! this lady just rolled her eyes because I wanted a panini, probably too elaborated for her , she just walked away murmuring under her mask and after a LOT of minutes and others trying to help me, she came back with the wrong beverage and left me standing there and when I asked for my sandwich, she started again with her bad actitud and complaining with a regular customer about how some people demand fast service, I didn’t want to create a scene there, then I left the place and thought why new costumers need to go through this, I drive by this shop many time but never stopped and after this I definitely won’t again, just because this bad experience.
