I haven’t been a customer at this bagel store for a very long time. I go on buy bagels every single Sunday and spend a lot more money than any person should on bagels, but we love them. Once every few weeks I go on the app toogoodtoogo And order a bag of bagels today I went there around 2:30-2:40 As it says pick up is between 230 and 3 PM I always show up promptly. My timestamps show 249 on these pictures, we knocked on the door. The guy looked at us and literally shook his head. No multiple times walked away shut the lights off and left. I’m disgusted I’m going away and I wanted to take a bag of bagels with me. I will never spend another penny here again. This is the second time that this has happened a few months ago I bought a bag of bagels and they were closed well before the time it says they closed and I was out of money and bagels again. I’m really disturbed by the way this person acted today, When I was literally standing there with my app open showing him I was there to pick up the bagels I purchased. Shame on him and the people who run this place.

Stopped by here on the way home from some errands. They took our order really quickly and honestly we got our food faster than I thought it was going to be. While waiting I looked around the grocery section. They have a really great selection of snacks and baked goods. Lots of kosher options, if you need. The sandwiches we got were delicious and my daughter loved her bagel with scallion cream cheese.

The restroom in this place is so disgusting. Like how to the people that work there use the toilet. There was literal feces on the toilet seat and one of the workers had just came from using the bathroom.
How do I know if you are even handling my food properly, if you can’t even take the time to clean the bathroom
You charge so much for food, you can at least have a clean restroom for your customers to use. Just disgusting

I was at that bagel place , and I've never seen such a dirty place. The way they work, the table where they prepare the bagels is dirty knives aren't cleaned, the towels are covered in cream cheese, and there's sugar and coffee spilled everywhere on the coffee table. It's disgusting and unhygienic. Two men were chewing panmazala and spitting in the trash cans. It's disgusting. The manager doesn't know how to manage the employees; he needs to take classes if he doesn't know how. There are two women who have worked there for a long time, but they are so slow; it takes them 10 minutes just to get a bagel with cream cheese and a coffee—especially when you don't have the time to stand around waiting in line. There is also a tall man who works in a very unsanitary manner; he doesn't clean the space where he prepare the bagels he's is so nasty I hope the owner takes action on the store

This place is very dirty the way they prepare your food and serve you. They don't keep nothing clean, on top of that they take very long for a simple order. Been there twice. The first time they forgot about my order. They need the boss or a supervisor to come and tell them how to keep a clean work place please someone must do i feel bad for the residents near by who goes there to buy they probably do not see how they prepare your food. Also i never understood the price i got a sandwich with ice coffee which was about $6 and than without the coffee the price is the same ??

Food is okay, but the service is terrible. They move so slowly with no care for their customers waiting. If I’m the only customer waiting and there are 3 of them, someone is making my food; someone else could make the coffee and/or check me out, not just stare at me waiting. Or when I ask to pay to speed things up, the person asks me if the other person is making my order, and when I say yes, she walks away and goes to the back…..
Best bagels on the south shore. These bagels have the perfect texture you look for in a bagel. They also have the best sandwiches, I’m a huge fan of their bacon egg and cheese on a toasted everything bagel.
