Splendidly surprised
The staff is outstanding 👏 👌
They are relaxed and eager to please. We were 40 people for a 50th Wedding Aniversary and allowed everyone to order from the menu.
Unheard of to serve hot specialty foods all at once. The dood was Plated with care and artistry. They served amazing Chocolate martinis and catered to everyone's wishes. The pizza looked outstanding!
I recommend this place with high 👏 praise.
I have only had their regular pizza so far. It’s the best I’ve had in the east rockaway and lynbrook area. Looking forward to trying the rest of their food. The gentleman behind the counter couldn’t have been nicer.

The staff, including the waitstaff and busboys, are friendly and hustling, with one customer noting how the owner checks on tables to say hello. The restaurant is considerate of gluten-free dietary needs. The Calabrese pizza and meatballs are flavorful and crispy, with a perfect crust. Customers appreciate the generous portions, especially with dishes like Eggplant Rollatini and Chicken Parm. Garlic knots are extremely fresh, adding to the delightful dining experience. Although parking can be limited and there was a small issue with serving slices from one side of the balanced pie, the overall experience at Sapori's is positive. With great pizza and food, it remains a true gem and is considered the best in Oceanside.
