“I love this place. It has amazing Venezuelan empanadas, patacones, arepas rellenas, and so much more. On weekends, you can enjoy hervidos 🥰 I come here ever time I can and it brings me back ❤️❤️❤️ customer service is excellent. If you have never tried Venezuelan food, you should order the combos. If you need to bring something to a summer party, bring a bunch of tequeños. The kids will eat them by the dozen.“

“I visit this Wendy’s location and it’s usually in the drive thru. However, the line was long so we decided to go inside. I met two young ladies behind the counter and the look on their faces screamed frustration. I waited until the customer completed his order. The cash was toggling between the register and the order screen to packing orders. I walked up and gently said to both young ladies to breathe and to smile. The food they’re serving will taste like their mood. I understand but it will be ok just breathe and smile 😊 service with a smile. And stop saying I’m sorry… instead replace it with thank you for your patience how can I help you… or thank you for your patience here’s your order. And remember to smile it will be ok… my thing is where was the manager. Came to understand that one girl it was her first day and the other was still new. I commend them for their job well done and I felt the shift in their energy after our brief chat. I do wish these young ladies the best of luck and always keep your chin up. 🤩🤩“

“I think this was the push for me and my wife to move from Florida to NY! We came here late last year as we visited some family and fell in love. Now we have been here since February and we pretty much stop there AALLLL the time. Luis knows our orders by heart and his family is the sweetest. I never get bad service and even if they are super busy they are attentive and apologetic. I will be back next week and the week after that..... I had to put myself on a restriction because it's so yummy! But its also the people that make the place!!! :)“

“My Wife and I saw this place while shopping at the Roosevelt Field Mall and never had it, so we decided to try. The server was very nice to us and gave us some suggestions and what was popular. We got the Works and Bacon Double chesse hot dogs and the pull pork poutine fries. The food was very delicious. We will definitely come back again for there food. Great job.“

“The Jerk chicken platter and hot wings make this halal stand out compared to others. Always have to get one or the other. The fried fish is amazing as well. The Halal eats burger is fine dining quality.
The portions is outstanding for the price. Never been disappointed with any item.
There is a wait time for items that are not a platter due to being made fresh to order so be prepared for that.
I hope this place keeps its quality and stays open forever.

Parking: The store front is located on a corner with both sides being a no-standing bus stop. But it is Queens so of course if you’re just going to pick up the food it’s perfectly fine. But during busy times those spots may be taken which leads to parking all the way down by Dunkin’ Donuts or in the parking lot of Stop & Shop across the street.
I’be never had an issue but something to be aware of if you’re not from the area.“

“We placed an order for a smash burger without the cheese - the restaurant accidentally put cheese on it and I was quite upset because we confirmed it many times (lactose intolerance)… the person who helped me was super super nice, he re-made the entire order AND had it delivered to us for free, AND was nice enough to add courtesy drinks. Genuinely it felt it was really sincere an apology and I actually really appreciated that. Will definitely order from them again (maybe I’ll just check my order next time though). “This place was so YUMMY! The chicken was thick and juicy. I got the medium spice level and felt it was perfect. I have a high spice tolerance and may go for the medium hot next time. I got the 2 sliders with a side of Mac n cheese. The Mac n cheese is just velvetta but it’s yummy comfort food.“

Beef & chicken is chopped up into cubed not served like patties (you would get from the truck )
New - Clean restaurant /not like the board of health violation the truck was.

Prices are less then the food truck

Overall good but missing the made to order authentic taste got from the truck !“

“En route to Long Island, I stumbled upon a Halal gem in Queens and couldn't resist trying their beef wrap. As a non-beef enthusiast, I was pleasantly surprised! The wrap was incredibly tasty, with tender beef and a divine green sauce that elevated the dish to perfection.
The quality and flavor exceeded my expectations, and I'm now a fan of their beef wrap. Service was friendly and efficient. This hidden gem has earned a loyal customer

“Stopped here on a whim. My wife and I were going over to Texas Chicken and Burgers across the way for tenders, but saw the sign for this establishment and decided to come inside. We were rewarded by the very friendly service and great food. We got chicken over rice platters and an order of 4 lemon pepper tenders. Let me say that the amount of food they give you for $9.95, is greater that what one of the more visible Halal chains give you for $14.95. And it was just as good, if not better. The fried chicken tenders are amazing! They came out hot, fresh and were HUGE. Much bigger and less expensive than at the Wingstop a few blocks down the street.

When i was searching for halal food and some chai in the area didn't even know there was a Desi Pakistani restaurant. Cooco's Den .Ordered an Aloo paratha with chai eventhough it was almost the lunch time was really hungry. the owner was very nice...still made me a delicious home made paratha along with a karak chai it was amazing! ? The server answered any questions I had and has a very friendly and approachable demeanor.Coming from the Island background of Jamaica I tried the Curry chicken wrap. Despite this, I still got my order tasting fresh and arriving quick (<5 mins) and could see workers diligently cleaning in the kitchen and a younger man wiping down all the tables, sweeping the floors and cleaning the bathroom. I had went inside the bathroom after he was done and it was spotless, something I would never expect to see from a fast food place. I agree and honestly I can see the appeal. The pizza is definitely isn't the best in Queens but it's pretty decent and its very affordable. My buds shared a whole pie(plus some garlic breadsticks) and we spent around 25 dollars in total. Plus drinks are free if you are a student so that's a plus. If you are walking around the fresh meadows area, I'd give this place a try. Especially if you aren't alone.“

- The quality of the salads is always fantastic. It's great that they include the lemon and bread. The dressing is good quality

CONS
- They ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS forget something. Whether its the bread, the extra dressing on the side that I ordered, the lemon, etc.
- Adding additional protein makes almost no difference at all somehow. I ordered a ceasar salad with grilled chicken and it was not enough chicken the first time. So next time I ordered one with 2x extra chicken - I could NOT even tell the difference? Am I being charged extra for what seems to be the same order? Cmon guys“
