“I visit this Wendy’s location and it’s usually in the drive thru. However, the line was long so we decided to go inside. I met two young ladies behind the counter and the look on their faces screamed frustration. I waited until the customer completed his order. The cash was toggling between the register and the order screen to packing orders. I walked up and gently said to both young ladies to breathe and to smile. The food they’re serving will taste like their mood. I understand but it will be ok just breathe and smile 😊 service with a smile. And stop saying I’m sorry… instead replace it with thank you for your patience how can I help you… or thank you for your patience here’s your order. And remember to smile it will be ok… my thing is where was the manager. Came to understand that one girl it was her first day and the other was still new. I commend them for their job well done and I felt the shift in their energy after our brief chat. I do wish these young ladies the best of luck and always keep your chin up. 🤩🤩“

“I think this was the push for me and my wife to move from Florida to NY! We came here late last year as we visited some family and fell in love. Now we have been here since February and we pretty much stop there AALLLL the time. Luis knows our orders by heart and his family is the sweetest. I never get bad service and even if they are super busy they are attentive and apologetic. I will be back next week and the week after that..... I had to put myself on a restriction because it's so yummy! But its also the people that make the place!!! :)“

“Best chicken sandwhiches and burgers in the neighborhood. Love the sliders with the sauce and the holy burger. Have ordered takeout from here probably twice a month if not more for the last 2 years or so. Service is also great, always quick and kind. Packaged neatly.

The wings are also good and I like the seasoned fries - medium is the perfect portion. My boyfriend loves the double dog and the beef sliders.“

They build great sandwiches and do their best keeping the ingredients fresh!The staff great you as you arrive and after getting food there a few times they will remember you. I don't eat Taco Bell much, but every time I go to this location in Lynbrook on Merrick Rd., they always have good customer service. Yes, the employee rotation changes throughout the years, but all that served me were great. The food is always good here and the stock of condiments are always full. This restaurant looks clean every time I go. This time I ordered from the self serve kiosk and the employee in his personal conversation with another customer still stopped to ask if I needed help. I ordered a chicken burrito and taco with Frank's hot sauce on it.“
