Went to Tony and Nick's this evening expecting a delicious Italian dinner. That did NOT happen.
1. Only one other table in the restaurant at 6pm and no one showed up to give us the menus until after 15 minutes or so.
We had to ask for the menus.
2. The waitress finally showed up- got our our wine order, but failed to get our dinner order.
3. We then got our wine and then were able to place our dinner order.
4. We then waited for about another 15-20 minutes to get served our dinner.
5. None of this was done with any friendliness.
6. Needless to say we will not be back. There were 2 wait servers present and we could hear the cooks talking in the kitchen.
7. WHAT THE HECK????
8. We were here visiting friends and family and will not go to Tony and Nick's again- not will our friends and family who live here.
Too bad.

went to Tony & Nick's last night before a 8 o'clock show at shadowland stages. We had a 6:30 reservation. we were at the front desk at 6:25. we were not acknowledged untill we were sat at 6:40. The ambiance was nice, Wait staff seemed friendly. I ordered a beer my wife got a water. Drinks came quickly. water in a carafe with lots of ice and a Belgium White beer served in a Newburg Brewing pint glass. When the drinks came we also got a Huge Basket of bread with 2 pieces of bread. 1 piece per person, seems fair. the Bread was warm and delicious served with warm butter with rosemary. I ordered the Chicken Parm and my wife ordered the Salmon. That's it. that's the review. at 7:55 I flagged the waiter down gave him a 20 for my beers and had to leave to make our show. never got our food an hour and 10 minutes after ordering. I was very disapointed. it smelled great in there however. probably won't go back.

Great food and service. Flavors are fantastic and the portions are perfect.

I had dinner tonight for Mother’s Day both my sons wanted to take me somewhere nice . So we ate here, I had eaten here a few years ago, and always had a great meal. Not tonight, first the service was terrible took forever to get our appetizer, and then came the dinner small portions and the food was not salted and no cheese for our pasta dishes. We will never go back or recommend Tony&Nicks. Absolutely never! And it was so hot inside, don’t know if the A.C wasn’t working or what totally uncomfortable night altogether.

Really kind staff, and the vegan options are great. Even vegan pizzas! I had the vegan meatballs and broccoli. Great amount of food.

I typically take the time to write positive reviews, but this experience was not one of them. I frequently drive by this restaurant on my way to and from fishing at Rondout Reservoir in Grahamsville, NY. The good news is that the place is warm and inviting, with a good selection of non alcohol beers, tap & bottled beers and spirits. However, there were a few issues. My son and I sat at the bar, and there was a family of three at a table nearby, along with another couple. We ordered a pizza and ravioli for $45. While waiting, we noticed a lot of phone activity and several customers picking up take-out orders. Other patrons who arrived after us were getting their meals before we did. After 45 minutes, I asked the bartender about the delay, and she told me that take-out pizza orders were holding up our food. I asked for whatever was ready, because I now needed it to go. She brought our meal out around the 50-55 minute mark. I expressed my frustration, explaining that my goal was to eat my meal there, not having to drive 55 minutes home for a cold meal. In response, she offered us the two beers we drank while waiting, and a 25% discount on our bill. We appreciated the gesture but still left disappointed. On our way out, we overheard another customer asking, “Where’s our pizza? Are you making the cheese?” When I got home and opened the pizza, I grabbed a slice and noticed there was no dry carboard, and the oil soaked completely through the box — not the best experience, especially for a $45 basic order. In fairness, maybe I'll give them another try, but for now, I can’t help but feel like most restaurants do a better job of balancing take-out and dine-in orders. You’d think a place that’s been open for a while would have figured this out by now.

Lovely and friendly staff, made us feel welcomed. Food was really good and large portions. We had the eggplant Parm and the chicken Parm, recommend highly. Had the tiramisu for dessert and it was lovely. Will be back when we're in the area!

Dietary restrictions: IIRC there's a section of the menu that has options for dietary restrictions

I went here for the first time for my husband's birthday on a weeknight. I had a reservation, but didn't wind up needing one. It's absolutely criminal that this place isn't packed out every night. Service was so attentive. Their stuffed rigatoni was the stuff of DREAMS. We also had the wings for appetizer, which were also delicious. I'm excited to return!

Took maybe 20 minutes in a half empty resteraunt to be seated. Starters were delicious, couldn't fault them the meatballs, wings and califlower was all delicious, was a good start, unfortunately when the main course came out the two pizzas were absolute garbage

The pizza was overloaded with cheese, It was waterlogged with way too much cheese and was soggy, the pizza on the other hand was also overloaded and the sauces were foul. Wouldn't recommend this place

I keep going to that place because my wife likes it.
But they take care of that as if not to leave
They take forever for everything, even if they don't have clients, they leave you waiting.
We arrive during the day and leave at night
I went for lunch and it was already food ?
