I came in on a Saturday after the lunch rush hoping to enjoy lunch outside. There were many empty tables outside but all of them had dirty dishes on them and the counter inside had spills on it. There were only a few customers inside and the three staff members, working the front of the house, were moving slowly and chatting with each other instead of cleaning up. My sandwich special was very mediocre. I came in again during the week and the brunette girl with glasses provided very pleasant and attentive service. The redhead could be heard complaining in front of customers...very unprofessional. My sandwich was once again mediocre. I had a turkey and bacon panini and it was served on cheap white bread.

The service is absolutely awful every time I come in. The one girl literally looked at the line of people at the counter, picked up her phone and walked in the back. Multiple groups of people came in behind me and left because of how long it was taking. I would have done the same but there's no where else to get breakfast around here. Retrain your staff.

This place is AWESOME. I never do google reviews but this place blew me and my boyfriend out of the waters. Great food, service, and atmosphere. Fantastic. Can’t complain about a thing. We came to Ellicotville for a small town getaway trip thinking of trying out the different restaurants. What ended up happening was we came here every single day for breakfast and lunch. They have a huge variety menu of not only food but drinks. It’s all you could ever need for a clean, cozy, homestyle meal. Portions are amazing and you get what you pay for. The drink specials were INCREDIBLE. we tried the Bananas Foster Frappe and it was like nothing we ever had before. Perfect blend of banana, cinnamon, chocolate, and just yumminess I can’t describe. All the workers are so incredibly kind and welcoming. I’ve never felt so welcomed at a cute brunch place like this. P.S. if you’re a coffee or tea lover, this place will have you running back to it everyday!

We stopped by twice a week apart on a road trip to Niagara Falls. One way we had excellent croissants. The way back we got breakfast. Matcha and regular lattes were great

The “go-to” place for breakfast in Ellicottville

Waited 45min and paid $16 for a bagel with cream cheese. This is how it came out. The girl at the register with light hair was very nice and sweet. The one waitress with dark hair and glasses was extremely rude made my entire group feel super uncomfortable. We definitely will not be coming back. Terrible experience.

Ellicottville's breakfast spot.

Work up an appetite with a nice stroll thru Ellicottville's quaint downtown shopping area, then visit Katy's Cafe. The waitstaff was a delight. The menu provides a variety of choices, but we especially enjoyed trying a wrap & pannini with some creative ingredients. Note: make sure you're good & hungry. Portions are plentiful! We'll stop in again, on our travels!

We are from Buffalo ...this is agreat spot for midday brunch. Customer service and atmosphere 👌 🙌 waitress and server service excellent.
