The Gin Mill in Ellicottville, NY exceeded expectations with fantastic food and a great vibe. The Ellicottville Brewing Blueberry wheat ale was one of the best beers ever tried. The cheeseburger was cooked perfectly and delicious. Live music added to the lively atmosphere. It can get loud, but the care put into the food is evident. The garlic parm wings are highly recommended. Hazard County, a live country band, provided excellent entertainment. A gem in Ellicottville for delicious comfort food and a fun experience, especially for ski resort visitors.
