We spent a good bit of our trip there this week.
I loved my hot wings and beef on weck.
All 3 different server/bartenders we had throughout our trip were friendly and efficient

The Gin Mill in Ellicottville, NY offers fantastic food and a great atmosphere. The Ellicottville Brewing Blueberry wheat ale is one of the best beers ever tried. The cheeseburger is cooked perfectly and delicious. Live music adds to the lively atmosphere, though it can get loud. The Gin Mill has a great assortment on the menu and a laid-back atmosphere. Customers leave not only full but very happy with their meals. The Beef n Wick with fries is probably the best ever had, and the service is attentive even when the restaurant is busy. The music is very entertaining, and the overall experience is fantastic. The onion rings are absolutely to die for, perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, seasoned just right. The live band creates a fantastic atmosphere, with everyone tapping their feet and the energy in the room electric. The cute, vintage-inspired decor, dim lighting, and cozy seating areas create the perfect setting for a night out. The staff are incredibly kind and attentive, making excellent recommendations. The Gin Mill is a must-visit when in Ellicottville, providing a fun experience, especially for ski resort visitors.
