If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! As soon as we walked in we felt welcome. They complimented myself and my daughters on how nice we looked and they were so attentive the entire time. The atmosphere and vibe in general were so much more than we could have hoped for. The food….incredible doesn’t even come close to how amazing it was. We had the filleto and shrimp scampi followed with the donuts and cannoli dip for desserts. The wine suggestions they gave were perfect as well. We are already planning on making the hour drive back here just to have dinner.

Villaggio is hit or miss. If it’s really busy, tends to be a miss (not as good as its potential, but definitely not bad). Services lacks, food quality does as well. Don’t get me wrong, I have definitely had great meals here. Nick, the owner, is a delight.

We visited Villagios for our 44th wedding anniversary. The service was excellent but the food left a lot to be desired. I had the chicken lasagna and it was not good. It was mostlly sauce and it was very greasy. My husband had the Filleto and his meat was tough. Very disappointed as we have eaten there before and it was very good 😳.

We arrived to this restaurant at about 8PM. We had a reservation and weren't served our food until 10PM!! This is absolutely uncalled for. They gave us bread but never once asked if we wanted that refilled for their issue. Never asked if we wanted fresh drinks. Other people were getting food before us. I will never be returning here and any of my friends that frequently visit Ellicottville, I'll also tell them to not waist their time at this restaurant. I hope they either fire or train some staff because something needs to change.

We had a GREAT experience here!! Kaelyn (not sure how she spells it) was our waitress and she was AMAZING!! We had the calamari, bread bag, carbonara, and summer pizza and loved every bite. Will definitely be a must stop for us whenever we’re in EVL! We also heard from our air bnb owner that Sundays they do live music and an all you can eat pasta bar, we’ll have to check it out next time!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. I ordered the Tomahawk Ribeye (huge) and my wife ordered the Twin Filetto. Both were done to perfection. The garlic mashed were superb, as was the broccolini. The dipping oil for the bread was also quite tasty.
Callie was a great server too. All in all, a great dinner. We’ll be back!

Our experience at the restaurant was nothing short of frustrating, primarily due to the abysmal service and lackluster food quality. After being seated, we eagerly anticipated our meal, but as the minutes turned into an agonizing two-hour wait, our excitement faded into disappointment. To make matters worse, our server seemed to have vanished, completely neglecting to communicate any delays or check on our table. It was baffling how we could be overlooked for such a long time without a single word of acknowledgment. When our food finally did arrive, it was underwhelming at best, further compounding our dissatisfaction. The dishes were lukewarm, and the flavors fell flat, which was the final straw after such a long wait. We left the restaurant feeling both hungry and disheartened, vowing never to return to a place that clearly had little regard for its patrons. The most memorable part of the evening was watching our server stand in the kitchen on her phone.
