Very bad experience .. the staff is very rude ..

So this happened today, Went to get a uber order pick up for myself. Went and showed my name they said its not ready yet when uber told me its ready to pick up. Okay no problem I waited another 8/10 min, suddenly the guy is like “Yooo the line for pickup is there.” (Rude behavior). Mind you I ordered the food for myself. The sign is so small that you can’t really see without focusing properly. My question is so me being a walking customer who ordered from the app gets treated like that what happens to the DELIVERY DRIVERS very shameful. No matter how busy you are no one gives you the right to treat anyone with ignorance.
Also he goes to the screen takes a picture of my info in his personal phone. When i asked him why did you do that “He is like oh we do it for every order”. So i waited to see if did it for other orders too but No it was just my order. That’s shouldn’t be happening.

My friends, and I have been to this place and that one of my friends named Patrick had ordered chicken sandwich. The food and service were wonderful. The atmosphere was that the people were busy, and a long line.

Not too happy with how the food was made and delivered. Made sloppy and without effort, appearing to just throw it together. Dissatisfied, unhappy and hangry (hungry and angry). Also my drink was missing, Strawberry watermelon juice and IDK who to blame. ⭐️😔 via Uber Eats

Maybe at a point this was good. But if you ever had charleys cheesecake this has to be thr worst location. The young girl that's stationed at the far left whose in charge of wrapping the sandwiches does not even wrap a single one even tho I have specified that its a take away order. Multiple orders from here was unwrapped. On top of that this is full of mayo and is a slob. I respect older worker but the older worker working in the fries station frequently messes up order as well. Just terrible service and not on par with other charleys.

I don’t even want to give any stars for the service and atmosphere if google allowed.

First, all the reviews regarding terrible customer service is true. The cashier is rude and no hospitality. There was a sign that said “NEW flavor. SPICY lemon pepper”. I ordered this and said “SPICY LEMON PEPPER”, while looking at the sign while speaking with the cashier. Also, I ordered cheese fries and a Philly cheesesteak. After paying, and getting my receipt, it shows that my wings came with fries.

I talked with the cashier again that I didn’t want any fries and he didn’t specify that it came with fries. He answered “all wings comes with fries”.

Yes, he is correct cause the MENU states all wings comes with fries. But I wasn’t looking at the menu when I ordered. I was looking at the sign that only showed a picture of the new flavor wings.

I was pretty annoyed cause if he had any sense or even slight good customer service you would let the customer know that the wings comes with fries AFTER I ordered the extra side of fries. I’ve worked in fast food and this happens quite often. 98% of the time, customers didn’t know and will cancel the extra side after being INFORMED.

Terrible customer service, cheesesteaks were blah. I’ll come here only for the wings but with terrible customer service, I don’t want to come back here at all. KFC closed down, it should’ve been Charleys.

I know cheesesteaks aren’t the prettiest sandwiches, but what even is this? So much mayo and lettuce. Weird cheese. Two tomato slices randomly thrown in. Too pricy for the size and quality.

Also the girl at the end of the line, packaging the food was in some type of mood, making faces. For what? Nobody asked her for anything. She just has to call out a number lol

I didn't like this place, I got a hair out of the food and they didn't even give me the money in exchange.

The food is great, but the cashier often messes up my order. Even when I specifically ask them not to add a certain item, they still manage to get it wrong, which drives me nuts. Sometimes I just deal with it, but other times I feel the need to point out the mistake directly. I try to be polite, especially to the people preparing my dish, and I feel terrible bringing it up. However, the cashier needs to do their job and pay attention to my requests. I always make it clear what I want on my sandwich. The employees are great and always try to please their customers since they try to redo it and basically made it better, but the cashiers need to improve. Smh.

Recommended dishes: Large Philly Cheesesteak, Chicken Sandwich, French Fries

The lady at the last counter gave me my food in a very disrespectful manner. She threw my food on the glass counter, then laughed with her coworkers about it. Like really? Also, the bread on my sandwich was untoasted, and dry. Paid $21 to be disrespected and received low quality food. Never again.

The meat was a little strange, it didn't taste bad but it felt strange like it was a little old, the staff was very kind when dispatching my order.
