I had the large old school cheesesteak with bacon cheese fries and a strawberry lemonade.-The cheesesteak was good.-The fries are okay, except the bacon bits are the chewy hard ones.-I love the strawberry lemonade.I already ate 2hours before, so I bought too much.
I bought a teriyaki sandwich for my kids and we found a hair on it. I went to talk to the manager and I showed him the hair. His attitude was so rude and unpolite. He tried to make me feel like if I wanted something free. No way, I have my own money to get another sandwich but is not fair that I paid almost $15 dlls for a sandwich and I got it with hair just because you guys are not following the sanitation rules. Besides that, you live from customer and you have to recognize your mistakes. We don't need free stuff from you. We need and we pay for healthy food, no disgusting garbage with hair like the one that I got today from this location.

first time trying Charleys cheesesteaks and It was a terrible bacon three cheese cheesesteak, there was absolutely no flavor and feel like I got robbed of $12. the service and atmosphere was average but didn't stand out but does NOT make up for the fact that the vegetable in the sandwich had more flavor than anything else in it. The bacon and steak practically everything was tasteless just a let down really.

So I have returned to visit the area after a few years away. I used to eat Charley's here years ago. Upon my return, not only are prices much more expensive than I thought. But I guess that is natural in today's world. But the Cheesesteak quality is disappointing. I don't like the new way they make it. I recall the old way, and it used to be much better. They used to mix and cook everything together better. Today it's like they put pieces separate and the mix is not as good. The flavor doesn't taste like it used to. The old workers and that style was better. The company market themselves as the number one Cheesesteak. Well that is certainly not true, at least not for me. And with today's food prices it is not worth it.

After reading some Yelp reviews I still decided to give this sandwich shop a try; ~Sigh, I should've heed the warnings of those reviews. Came here during lunch; there weren't a lot of customers placed my order with the cashier, quick and easy. My sandwich was made to order; got the original Charley's cheesesteak sandwich with all the fixins' ($13), and loaded fries. The amount of beef and toppings were fine; it's the fact that the sandwich lacked any kind of taste; it was really bland; no salt, no pepper, grilled veggies and cheese just added to all the blandness. Loaded fries probably would taste good if it was a bit more crisp. This will be one and done

I ordered mozzarella sticks and before leaving I noticed that it didn't have any marinara sauce in the bag so I politely asked for One and then I was told that you have to pay for the marinara sauce separately. I've never seen a store or any other Charley's that's charge you for a marinara sauce, remind you it wasn't an extra sauce it was one sauce that should've came with the sticks.
