While waiting for a table at this restaurant, I asked for a table for five people. I arrived five minutes before my mom and my wife, who were coming in a separate car. They didn’t give me a table—I had to wait until everyone arrived at the restaurant. The staff, from the manager to the hostess, were completely unfriendly.

We went in at 11:30am today and were promptly seated by a kind young man. We sat for 15 minutes listening to a woman gossip very loudly. We advised our host we haven’t seen our server, he went to advise the server and he came back to tell us that it would she would be just a moment. Another 10 minutes and we decided to leave and the woman chatting looked me right in the face and said let them go while rolling her eyes. The host was very kind but I will never come back. Never seen such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior.

I had the mayor asexual experience here tonight. I arrived at 8:55 and was told the wait time is 30 mins. Within the next hour I patiently waited and seeing many people who did not have reservation just like me got seated. And the hostess finally offered me one table at 9:46 when they were closing and this table was right next to the toilet. Meanwhile, there were more than 10 available table. Why the hostess did this to me has reasons beyond my understanding! I had to leave as I cannot spend any more time, all this non sense waiting has already delayed my evening activities.
I can't believe I overlooked this restaurant for so long. The friends I brought to LongHorn Steakhouse created the fun, and the staff was professional. Service quality maintains high standards. The food tastes amazing & truly, each dish I've tried has been remarkable. Full points.

This was my 2nd time here after a not so great first time.Everything was wrong from the waiting time , to waitress & food , but yesterday we gave it a 2nd chance and everything was great except the miserable host at the door, but Brianna was our server and she was the best. She greeted us with a smile , was prompt , polite and got our order right .She was on point. She didn't make us wait , her appearance was neat and clean .We were thankful for her .
