The food here was good because i was with a group of people and the staff and the staff bought the ham and cheese, Hawaiian and others. The service was reliable and the atmosphere was busy because people cooking it and meal time.

Very upset came from buffalo and they got my order wrong after making me wait 20mins lol plus takes only cash which is a hassle, Atm near it doesnt even work .

My family ordered two orders to pick up, when I went to pay I asked the girl if she would charge me for the orders together and she refused with an ugly attitude, then I opened my order and for seven empanadas she gave me 6 sauces and for my other order of three empanadas only gave me 1 sauce. He also told me that they only accepted cash, having a card payment machine visible to customers.

Unfortunately the food was just not good, we got chicken and beef as part of the combo platter and it was edible. The exterior corn has no flavor but that would be acceptable if the inside also wasn't bland and flavorless.
The service and atmosphere were fantastic though, love the mood.

Very disappointed, from the place I bought two corn empanadas with cheese as usual, one came well and the other came with a slightly different dough, I asked her to change it, I did not touch it, the cashier did accept it, they changed me, when they delivered it to me The new one, although they were delayed, I took it to eat on the way, when I took it out of the case it looked good when I tasted the cheese I felt spoiled like spoiled milk and bitter, it almost poisoned me, I stopped eating, I had to throw it away to the trash, if something happened to me I would have held him responsible, you should not treat the client badly. Do not come back to complain because they did that. They can cause health problems. This has never happened to me before. Here I am sending a photo of the cheese. The supervisors should have more control over the kitchen staff.

The truth is, the empanadas are good, but the rudeness damages the attention, the service is terrible, the only one is the Colombian inside because the other serves rudely, the cashier gets confused and says rude things, nothing to do with it. The Honduran preferred to fix a stapler before helping the insider

You can never go wrong with Mamas Empanadas! Very fresh and delicious with their signature green and pink sauce. They have multiple flavors to choose from, I usually get the ground beef with the corn flour crust. When I’m in Queens I usually stop by to get my favorite empanadas.
