They act like they can’t speak English and gave me white rice instead of fried rice. They refused to give me fried rice when I asked for it and keep yelling in my face 50 cents

The guy just gave me the most dirty look one. He didn’t even speak and ask if I want a bag.

The staff needs to take a course of customer service urgently. They don’t really care about attention, instead they make you feel ignored and disregarded.
Chicken and noodles/rice have good taste but disappointed with the vegetables; it was just a bunch of large pieces of lettuce and very few broccoli. I was expecting to have a better experience with the food as I had many times in other locations overseas. Never coming back again.

You just lost a customer.

1. Two times in a row I’ve asked for vegetables I my teriyaki and both times they were ignored. Seems workers aren’t listening or just simply lazy.
2. The portion has gotten much smaller. Chicken is no longer juicy and tender, I’ve gotten dry burnt chicken as well as dry white rice, seems like they were days old.
3. Seems like they don’t care anymore about improving customer experience. Just waiting out the clock to collect their paycheck and leave.

UPDATE: I reached out to the email you provided, it’s been a week.. why aren’t your customer service team responding to the inquiry?

Not sure what happened to this place. After not having their food in so long, I decided to try my luck again. Last time I ate here was 2 years ago but decided to try other places because the food was somehow bland. Today was worse for me, bland rice and burnt chicken. I used to love getting the teriyaki chicken from here but the flavor was missing not sure why.

My favorite chicken terryaki place. Sometimes it’s a bit more burnt than others but to this day, it tastes like home. Service is rough but quick. They don’t want to speak with you any longer than they need to. There’s usually a brief line but you get your order pretty quickly. They’ve been here for as long as I know and this spot will always have a place in my heart.

🐓 Chicken Terryaki: The chicken is cooked well, usually not dried out or burnt. Think they could use just a tad bit more sauce but it’s still seasoned well. The veggies are just heated up and don’t taste like much. The rice is made in bulk so it could be a bit fluffier but not too dry.

Ambience: Since it’s in the food court of a mall, it tends to get pretty packed and loud. Tables can be a bit dirty if no one’s gotten to cleaning it yet.

Please order at your own discretion.

The food portion was terribly unbalanced. There isn't enough protein to carbs compared to before. And the size is significantly smaller as the price has gone up exponentially, while before the price was lower and there was more food. I even paid for more chicken but got double the amount of rice. Why did I get more rice than chicken when I paid for more chicken? I even had to make my own sauce for flavoring. The drop in product quality compared to inflation of price is very dissappointing for someone who has been a customer for 30 years.

Horrible! It’s not how it used to be
Sushi didn’t even have rice on it you can see the seaweed more. I asked and was charged for extra chicken and I barely got any. The chicken was undercooked and by the time I finished paying the food was ready. So was the food just sittting there?
Horrible taste and the cabbage tasted bad and expired

The food was delicious, price is great, and the wait wasn’t too long.

I’d say it’s good, there’s many employees and they help you when the line gets long, they ran out of sauce but that’s okay. I liked it. It was a queens center at the food court. Also they didn’t have like many sushi options.
