i'm an uber eats driver, i pick up orders from here. One day a customer i was trying to deliver to asked me to deliver to him but to another location far from where the drop off suppose to be, i refused. but after that i received 5 dings (negative feedback) from this restaurants. i was baffled. the restaurant didn't know what the right issue is an marked all my pick ups in the past negative. very shady practice.

Really goos food as always and just tried the black truffle portabella burger, such a smash hit. Sam was kind and gave us a polite attitude and good customer service making us sure we got everything we needed.

Probably the worst location still a solid burger but everything else sucks including the weird long line or if there’s no line a very long wait and the rudest staff walking around and behind the counter it’s ridiculous not worth the price

This place is pretty good. Plus they always let me get as much water as I want so I do try to buy stuff too sometimes. I went with my girl tonight. A young guy named Sam asked if we needed anything or had any questions. I mean I thought it was sort of funny but he meant well. We ordered Chicken shack burgers and got chicken lettuce wraps. Not sure how that happened. But they were really good still. I may complain and see if I can get us some coupons or something though.

This location is always clean. The staff were kind and accommodating. They let me sample a drink I wasn't sure about purchasing. They offered resteraunt-like service at my table. I didn't have to stand around and wait for my food. They cleared table when I was finished eating. The staff seemed happy to be here. This was genuinely a pleasant experience.
