I ordered at the kiosk around 2pm on a weekday. Not busy.

Joseph asked to help me placing the order on the kiosk, and promoted the current deal and suggested to try the Thai tea shake! So friendly and helpful. Love the shake! Not even 5 minutes, John brought our order to the table, and brought napkins too.

A totally fast, efficient and friendly experience! They are setting a high standard of customer service and I would definitely come back to this location!

I'm updating my review because I like this place now..it's air conditioned, lots of spacious seating. I wish they'd do away with the music though. They have self-order kiosks. You can only pay with a cashier if you're paying with cash. If you use the app, your order will be ready when you get there so you can skip the wait. You get a free Chicken Shack on Sundays with a $10 order, only on the app. They have clean restrooms. The employees are kind.

There food is losing there touch! And I hate this mall they are in it's always some drama in there.

I recently visited Shake Shack and had a bit of an issue with the burgers we initially received — the meat wasn’t cooked to the level we expected. However, I really appreciate how quickly and professionally the staff handled the situation. They immediately offered us a refund or a remake, and we chose the remake. The second round of burgers came out perfectly — well done and delicious. Mistakes can happen, but what really stood out was their customer service and willingness to make things right. Thank you for turning it around so smoothly!

I always come here, cuz I live not far from this place. It's great to have a shake shack. I order on the app, pick up in few minutes. One time I made a little mistake on my order. But the staff/manager Johnson was nice enough to help me to make little corrections and get me what I want.
