Should have a better management workers were screaming that that only have two workers on a Saturday day.
I had ordered a Strawberry Frappuccino with extra strawberry purée, expecting it to be added to the bottom of the cup as usual. However, the person who made my drink blended all the purée in. When I politely asked why it was made that way, they replied, “It’s a strawberry frap.”
Before I could say more, another employee suddenly interrupted in a loud and rude tone, saying, “You have to tell us to make it like how you wanted it.” I was shocked by how unprofessional and disrespectful this interaction felt, especially since I placed my order online and had no way to specify those details in advance.
I usually enjoy my visits to Starbucks, but this experience left me disappointed and uncomfortable. I hope management can address this with the staff and remind them about maintaining respectful communication with customers.

The service is terrible. The girl who took the order wrote down a completely different name, which is why I waited for my order for 15-17 minutes. Not only did she not even say hello, she didn't even ask for my name again.

This time a worker affected a family member at this location, the woman with the beige was super disrespectful and took away my sisters tea she paid for and threw it away then cursed at her. This isn’t nice or respectable way to treat customers. If the owner is seeing this, correct this behavior cause I’m having to write a seccond bad review and nothing is changing.

I went to this Starbucks one day to get my birthday drink and the male Bengali supervisor said I could not get it. I was off the two days after and being a customer who is loyal and makes purchases with them everyday, they should have accepted the offer. Anyways, the Bengali male supervisor is on Facebook dating and hit me up and approached me on it and I told him I knew who he was. He was aiming to be thirsty towards me. If you are a supervisor on a dating app, how is that being a professional supervisor? I went this morning at 9:30 a:m at Starbucks to get an impossible breakfast sandwich and an earl grey tea venti size. At the side where you usually pour milk into the tea, they only had oat milk. I told them nicely I need 2% milk and the black hair low ponytail Spanish girl gave me an attitude and said did you place an order. I said yes then she said what is your name. She gave me an attitude and she was very unprofessional with me. I’m a customer that buys there every single time I’m at work. Imagine buying Starbucks 4 to 5 days a week every time and someone mistreats you. I’m never going back there when she is there. That is called poor customer service. If you do not like your job and don’t want to do it, why are you there? Like did she even get a proper training before even working there? And about her being unprofessional with me, nobody did nothing about it. The other short Spanish female supervisor took her side. This new short Spanish supervisor is one of the worse! Who hired her? Do not go there before you get disappointed. Worse Starbucks I have ever encountered in my life!

Alex is a life savior. Being extremely tired I didn't realize I ordered my brown sugar shaken espresso at the wrong location. I was on a ten minute break so I definitely didn't have time to get it at the location I mistakenly ordered it at. Right away he said he could make it for me. He made perfect and fast.

I bought a lot of bakery items and I needed a bag for my things. Come to find out this location doesn’t have any bags. 😑 How unbelievable. Please Starbucks do better.

Horrible service, you tell them what’s wrong and they all ask each other how the cup of coffee was made and then they all say yeah but yet your not getting what you literally paid for and they expect you to just walk away. Also there was no line.

On Wednesday March 6th around 7-8 pm there was 2 lady working.
Disappointed with the service. I ordered a custom drink I saw on Facebook, even showed the exact details to the cashier, but what I got looked nothing like the picture. The staff didn’t seem interested in making it right, and the attitude was unwelcoming. If they can’t make custom drinks properly, they should just say so instead of messing it up. Not worth the visit!
