On Wednesday March 6th around 7-8 pm there was 2 lady working.
Disappointed with the service. I ordered a custom drink I saw on Facebook, even showed the exact details to the cashier, but what I got looked nothing like the picture. The staff didn’t seem interested in making it right, and the attitude was unwelcoming. If they can’t make custom drinks properly, they should just say so instead of messing it up. Not worth the visit!

Can’t believe, the guy refused to give me a glass of water !! None of the Starbucks did that to me ever! But here I got very bad service .
Slow as molasses here. If you put a mobile order in, you may have to remind them to check the machine.
I am surprised that being a cafeteria in a shopping center there are so few tables available. There is space to place them but they don't do it. For me, the experience of a good coffee is to sit down, talk and enjoy it, something that can hardly be done due to lack of tables.

I order ice pumpkin spice and asked for the receipt and I need it for reimbursement and it couldn’t print out receipt . How comes a Starbucks didn’t have paper for print receipt and cashier is not really nice at all!!! Bad services.

I usually never write a review. Guy in yellow hat was shockingly bad and racist to my ederly mother. Made her coffee after other customers. Contacting the corporate starbucks as well.

Six people behind the counter person at the register five people online total disgrace waited 10 minutes to get a cuppa coffee total disgrace person behind me complained about the same thing to the girl total disgrace very disappointed

It is Saturday 5:35pm and it is “closed” with a sign drawn by hand on a sheet of paper
Several times I have given them the opportunity to improve their services, how? Going back to consuming at that point. The service is terrible, the coffee doesn't taste like anything other than water… I don't recommend wasting time or money. I'm not going back to Starbucks.

I ordered a venti water with ice. Simple enough, right? And guess what I received? A GRANDE cup of water with NO ICE. It is extremely hot with the heat wave going on. No, I DON’T want to drink lukewarm water. That’s why I asked for a VENTI WATER WITH ICE. Why are they overcomplicating a simple request? Terrible, horrible, no good, very bad customer service. I genuinely don’t understand how people give this location any business. Stay AWAY from this location.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE — ITS 90 DEGREES AND THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO DENY PEOPLE ICE WITH A REQUEST OF A CUP OF WATER. ALSO THEIR DRINKS SUCK — EVERY TIME I ORDER MY USUAL FROM HERE I GET REMINDED WHY I DONT — WAY TOO SWEET EVERY TIME. THE BAR IS DISGUSTING FILLED WITH FLIES AND ALL TYPES OF SYRUPS EVERYWHERE , DONT BOTHER WITH THIS LOCATION .

The manager was busy playing with his phone that he didn’t even get my correct order
Waited 10 min and he put the wrong order
I ask for a tall quad cappuccino with oatmilk
On top of everything a girl name Marina was very rude .. I just wanted to know why my coffee was so milky but she was like what you order should be on the cup with a nasty attitude
I told her I asked for a quad
Ended up getting my refund the manger didn’t even apologize
It was just so upsetting especially with the manager and Marina who was extremely rude
And not even acknowledging their mistake
