It was great to get a free slider, bought curly fries and a drink but Jessy told me about going online to fill out receipt survey to score a free shake. The only thing is that it's so dingy and dirty in the restaurant that the guy moping the floor was just spreading sticky water around. I felt like my sneakers were going to leave me running around with socks. They have to clean the floor right. A cleaning service in there. A remodel is in order. It's kind of depressing....

This was hard to rate. We spent close to $50 on dinner for the family. Sandwiches were wrong. Drinks were incorrect. Jalapeno Poppers were so overcooked that I couldn't eat them. We received ZERO condiments, after requesting EXTRA condiments. We waited. And waited. And waited for our order. With all of that being said, I truly believe that staff was doing their best. They were SUPER BUSY and appeared to be understaffed. It will not deter me from going to this location in...
