She executed my vision perfectly and is SO talented!! Lisa also included a gluten free carrot cake portion that was a nice surprise and so thoughtful! Everyone thought the cake was SO delicious. I had a bagel and schmear from this place 2 weeks ago and every morning since, I am thinking about these bagels. The bagels haunt me. Eggs and bacon at home make me want to cry. I want more bagels. If I gave in to these thoughts, I would have to rent a space in their parking lot to live in because I could not afford rent. If I were on death row, my last meal would include a bagel and schmear from Bagels and Blarney. Truly a local gem. I cannot wait to try all of the options and flavor combos.“
