the fact i have to wait over 30 minutes for ONE small blizzard is actually ridiculous. just for it to come out melted anyway! and not only that, they forgot two items that were the same thing. and then wanted to give me attitude when i went back around the drive through to get it.

After waiting a more than polite 15min we asked where I food was, turns out they threw the ticket away and didnt even do it. How long could we have sat there without our order? They didnt offer anything in return. Awful service.

It was about 15 minutes till closing time and I wanted to banana split when I first walked up because I was staying at the hotel behind the restaurant I was told the lobby was closed. I said that’s fine may I order from the window and The girl outback said let me ask my manager While I was waiting A person with the drive-through headset came looked out the window at me like I was an idiot so I decided to call the restaurant to see if they would take my order and they said yes. when I walked up to the window, the gentleman with the headset on was very rude and said the lobby is closed And I explained that I drive a semi truck and would not be able to bring it to the drive-through and then the problem turned to. We are out of bananas, because I was trying to order a banana split. I was never offered anything else as an alternative like a blizzard, ice cream, cone or anything.just turned away. I Just think you should have better Customer Service than that.

Asked for buffalo tenders and as I was on my way home I realized I received bbq. There’s a screen literally right there telling you what to put in the bag… how do you mess that up? Cashier was nice tho

I have been multiple Times and have not received a correct order once. I cannot even get condiments to not be put on after repeating myself multiple times. I also never get a thank you or any welcoming service whatsoever. Everyone looks and acts like complete garbage. Do not expect your order to be correct, let alone a thank you. Pretty embarrassing.
