Only got chicken tenders and fries, was supposed be a 2nd large fry but they forgot. Fries were lukewarm, tenders were ok for a minute then had some weird after taste. Thought I had been missing out since I don't have one where I live. Definitely sticking with Arby's for that stuff. ☺️

Every single time I have been to this DQ they are out of something!! I went right after they opened and ordered the chicken bacon ranch meal. They were out of bacon and ranch. Next time I went they were out of fries ??? Just went for chili cheese dogs and tater tots. They were out of chili and tater tots. Whoever runs and manages this DQ needs replaced !!

We ordered a 4 piece chicken tender basket and a separate large fry. We were only given the basket, they forgot the large fry. The worker repeated the order back to us and they somehow still forgot to put it on our order! The tenders were mid and the fries are fine I guess.

The lady would not serve us through the drive through because we had 3 orders. 2 kids meals and 1 regular meal. She was very rude and told me to come into the store because they can only do 2 orders through the drive through. .. We were there 5 days ago and had 4 orders through the drive through, no problem... I told her we have a child with special needs and it's difficult for us to come into the store. She had zero consideration...I just drove away.. what a terrible, terrible experience. To add..there was just 2 cars ahead of us and no cars behind us, so they were not busy .. When I asked to speak to the manager she said she was the manager...

Food always good. Always too many workers taking up space instead of working. 1 person asked us to wait while she washed her hands while two others stood atound doing NOTHING. This for some reason is the way they are everytime we go.

Why is it that your store hours says 11pm close and yet today 10/25 the store was closed 10:15? Umm I worked in fast food and if the store closed at 11 you close at 11. Then you close the store. Not you leaving at 11pm what? That is stupid …. Who .. who did this
Also reached out to corporate and even though you are independently owned you still have to follow what corporate says. They found it interesting that you are closing down as early as possible to get home to your miserable lives .. but they will be contacting the store to see what is going on. They agreed that if they close at 10pm it’s a close at 10pm and clean your store. There is no shut down early to leave early to go home at that time. Your store closes at 10pm you don’t get to just leave at 10pm .. you are to close the establishment and then proceed to close and clean. You’re going to learn. It’s not your way.

I have never been to a more poorly managed restaurant in my life. Don't expect to wait any less than 30 minutes to get your food. This is not a one off experience, this has been the case 90% of the time I've gone there. 8+ staff, regularly see at least three of them standing around doing nothing. Do not waste your time.

I guess if you are expecting customer service on the weekend you actually have to wait for the drive thru staff to finish with their vape in the back of the store and walk through to take your order. Then the order gets screwed up..twice in the last two weekends! Congratulations!

the fact i have to wait over 30 minutes for ONE small blizzard is actually ridiculous. just for it to come out melted anyway! and not only that, they forgot two items that were the same thing. and then wanted to give me attitude when i went back around the drive through to get it.
