Normally they are fine but this bbq chicken pizza I ordered came with burnt chicken all over it. When I called back, they couldn’t even offer a refund let alone a discount. You lost my business forever??♂️

Great antipasto salad! Really like the pickled veggies they use. Thw salad came in a big serving, wnough for multiple people to enjoy. Good service too, brought us the food when it came out.

Great cheesesteaks as well as Stromboli. They also have garlic salt which is authentic and goes well with their Italian food.

I'm so very disappointed! My spaghetti was so watery hardly any sauce. I should take a picture of the water in the spaghetti. ! And it's COLD! MY Husband's pizza was not done. I understand they were going to close soon after we placed the order and I did call to *complain". But I couldn't eat the spaghetti. Thankfully I had a salad. And the bread was hard and cold. I'm extremely disappointed ☹️..I couldn't figure out to show how much water was in the spaghetti.. I'm extremely disappointed for paying 30. Plus dollars for horrible food. And when I asked her for extra sauce, she was happy to say she put a lot of sauce!! SERIOUSLY!! I CAN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO POST THE PICTURE! I WANTED SPAGHETTI NOT SOUP!? I posted a picture..I didn't eat any of it..the picture is just showing how watery it is!

My daughter recommended the Grilled Chicken Salad. For my first time eaten at OIP it was by far the best salad I've had in this area. I strongly recommend this salad & can not wait to explore more options as well. Thank you for the speedy delivery & amazing food.Lorraine Zepp

Refused to take my order because they closed soon. Never had another restaurant use the excuse that the owner doesn't want to pay overtime so we can't make your food.
Really good turkey sub and slices to go. Service was fast and generally pleasant. I would definitely go there again.

The girl who answes phone and takes order was pulling her mask down and coughing without covering her mouth . Messed with her hair by the pizzas in the open display. The floor was dirty. I will never eat there again

I used to order from here all the time. Tonight they sent me a bbq chicken pizza with burnt chicken all over it. Someone knew they messed up and they still sent this to my house. Called back and they offered me 10% off my next order like they didn’t just send me a pizza I couldn’t eat. I’m never ordering from here again

Both times I've ordered they have messed my sandwiches up and had to resend another back to the house. The second time I also ordered chicken parm w three meatballs and extra cheese. They forgot my bread and didn't put the extra cheese that in sure I got charged for.. but whatever I won't order again. The chicken seemed undercooked but some how still dry and tough.. two stars for them correcting the sandwiches but need to stick to just cooking my own food
