Pudgie's Pizza, Pasta & Subs - Elmira

The food is not as good as it was when I was a kid. The recipe or ingredients taste cheap now. But some of the same ppl still work there and they r the best ❤ The building has been newly remodeled and it looks great while keeping its old vibe pretty similar. 🥰
The food was disappointing bc I always live for my pudgies pizza when I visit home and this time I just was not up to it usual level. Perhaps I got a bad night🤷‍♀

I purchased a sub, all was going well. The young girl with short black hair and piercings, I've never seen her before, went to make it. Well, she got as far as the veggies before stopping to go chat with a fellow coworker that was coming on shift and getting a couple slices of pizza. So, this kid, chats with her coworker, gets her coworkers pizza, while my sub (a paying customer) sits untouched waiting for the gossip butterfly to flap her wings back over to the sub station. She finally goes back to making my sub. After the shift manager told her to. Goofy giggling from the girl (was she high) Slaps the cheese on, then the meat. Oops, now she drops a slice of ham on the floor and that turns into a'hee-hee-hee' moments. She stands and dopey over the slice of ham on the floor. I'm thinking, just pick it up! So as she's acting foolish the other lady at the counter went over to cut the sub and wrap it. I go in there twice a week, and I'm thinking maybe she's weekend, as I go during the week. I'll be sure to never pop in on the weekend again. I have never seen any of your employees acting in this ridiculous manner.

Chicken speidie sub, chef salad and garlic sticks from Elmira Pudgies. Everything was perfect and friendly staff. All of their food is awesome. Love this place!

Pizza dough was good. It's NY style but the crust is light and fluffy. Subs were ok with a good quantity of meat but both subs were smashed during the wrapping process. Quality of the food is overall good and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Pudgies staff where very friendly,helpful, patient .service was quick .food was good .they have daily specials . Many different pizza toppings,subs ,wings, pasta salad , coleslaw, french fries.salads .the restaurant & tables where clean .drink .station clean , bathroom clean . restaurant open & bright.nice artwork on walls outdoor seating. Handicapped accessible all one level from parking lot .lots of level parking .Lots of room to move wheelchairs in restaurant. experience was good, will return when in area . Staff where wonderful!

The delivery driver dropped my pizza in my driveway then he picked it up and put it back in the box didn't say nothing I call the store to talk to a manager about what happened and the manager told me are workers are not like that and he said he could not refund my money. So people don't ever go to this one it sucks 👎👎

Ordered pudgies at 10:30 am when they opened for delivery. I ordered my food over an hour and 10 minutes after I ordered and my pizza was overcooked and ice cold… on top of that my soda was flat due to the ice melting and my wings were also ice cold. Paid over 60 dollars for absolute horrible food.

Food was good, the cashier thought I was kidding about wanting my receipt, which turned into needing the manager to actually get one, pretty convenient to getting my company to reimburse me, but inconvenient to try to jump through hoops to actually get.
