Recently I ordered $100 worth of cupcakes for my child's birthday through Ubereats and the cupcakes never got delivered. I tried reaching the delivery person right away with no luck so I called the bakery and was provided with 10 out of 10 customer service as Andrew did everything right that cold night to make my child's birthday a special one. I will be ordering all work cakes from this bakery based on this exemplary customer service alone !!!!!
Had my sons birthday party just yesterday. I had ordered a 3 tier cake. Andrew was very clear and consistent with communication. The cake decoration was amazing and looked great with our theme. And it tasted great as well! I would absolutely work with them again

We came on a whim and we were pleasantly surprised. The employees behind the counter were very nice and greeted us and allowed us time to look around. They made great suggestions and we actually left with more than we had in mind to get. We got some cannolis, turnovers and a cheese danish. The turnovers were huge, flaky and the filling tasted so fresh (not the normal gelatinous glob) I love that the shell of the cannolis continues to be crunchy the day after.
