Blend Smoothie & Salad Bar - Elmsford

Drove here two days in a row and had to leave empty handed. Both days the smoothie counter was empty and had to walk around to get someone’s attention and both times the associate said “I think they’re closed”. Yesterday was a little more understandable because I got there at 6:40pm and they close at 7:00pm, but today I was here at 5:55pm and again an associate said “I think they’re closed”. I said, “It’s posted that they close at 7pm” he said “I don’t know, sometimes they close at 6 and sometimes they close at 7. Very disappointing, will not give this place a 3rd try.

Service was very slow, don’t come here in a rush thinking you’re grabbing something quick. Employee didn’t know if he had the ingredients to make a bowl listed on their menu when the ingredients were banana, peanut butter, granola and Nutella (the ingredients in half the things on the menu. They could not provide a receipt and are “not allowed” to give refunds.

I visited the Blend smoothie shop on Mon, 1/12 at around 11:30 am hoping to get a smoothie before my appointment. A number of things went wrong in the less than 10 minutes I was there.
Upon arriving, the menu screens were so glitchy I couldn’t even read them. The employee directed me to the printed menu on the counter. I then order the peanut butter smoothie, to which the employee tells me they have no chocolate protein left. I look up at the shelves and see 2-3 huge & filled chocolate protein jars. I let it go and tell her I don’t mind and will go with the vanilla protein. She proceeds to charge my credit card the $10 and change. I see her grab the hugeeee 24 oz plastic cup to begin make my smoothie. I said wait, that’s my only option? That’s way too big can I just have a small? She pointed to the 3 size options on the counter for display that I didn’t notice when ordering. I said, can I just have the small size, I don’t need the giant 24 oz, she told me they don’t have the small size so I could get the medium size but she would have to refund me and reorder. I said, you never asked me what size I wanted to begin with? She said “oh.” And we just blinked at each other for 5 seconds. I said so can you refund me and can I order the medium? She said well it’s only a $xx.xx difference between the medium and large. I said but it’s my money, and I never wanted the large, you gave me that without asking me. She then pulled up the iPad to show me how little the $ amount in difference the M or L would be. She pointed to the price on the printed menu where it said $8 and some change, so I asked why did she charge me almost $11 if the menu says $8? She said they recently increased the prices. Blend/Shoprite, update your menus! I repeated myself and told her it doesn’t matter, it’s my money and you charged me incorrectly - please give me a refund, I don’t want the drink anymore. She huffed and puffed, sucked her teeth, put her hands on her hips and never once apologized. I stood there waiting for my refund, thankfully she gave me cash right there on the spot. The receipt said her name was Patricia. So I left with no smoothie that I was very excited to try at Blend and a lot of my time wasted. I definitely won’t be going back.

Today was my third day shopping and the morning girl, very nice, the presentation of the salad and the sweetness of the excellent smoothie, I will come back more often 😊

Stellar place! Went in to get a smoothie and their signature Caribbean salad. 10 out of 10 recommend! The staff were also nice and welcoming. It was a great environment and I will definitely be back.

Stopped by for a quick drink and was really impressed. The smoothie was delicious, and the staff was accommodating. They were nice and quick with my order. Definitely had to leave a review cause they deserve it.

I come here at least 3 times a week for lunch. So many smoothies to choose from so many options always fresh! Also able to customize whatever you are in the mood for so that’s always a plus. I usually get the energy booster smoothie and the blazin buffalo salad, but everything on the menu is delicious. 10/10 recommend!

Absolutely loved the service here! I stopped in for a quick lunch and had the Caribbean wrap along with a smoothie—both were a 10/10! The food was fresh, flavorful, and just what I needed. The staff was friendly and super efficient. This was my second visit, and it definitely won’t be my last. Highly recommend!

This is my favorite smoothie place in the area. They have everything in the menu you can imagine from açaí bowls to salads. Very fresh quality food. The Dubai bowl is fantastic. I usually stop in here twice a week for lunch and the staff is super friendly.
