Dunkin' Donuts in Elmsford

“This place has dramatically improved in recent months. The staff is friendly and pays very close attention to order detail. They get to know their regular customers and go that extra mile that makes you want to go there vs make your own coffee at home or at the office.I had stopped going here for a long time due to repeated bad service. But giving credit where it is due, they have really turned the place around. It's now my go to Dunkin.“

“Very busy location during mornings with a mix of pickup, delivery and in person ordering. The staff are well organised each with headsets. There seems to be a good fluidity between various order prep and order taking tasks. I’ve been three times during busy periods with no wait time over 1 minute unlike other Dunkin locations which can struggle balancing kiosk and in person ordering fulfilment. Items were fresh (donut and coffee) and delivered as ordered. Make sure you get a paper receipt and note your four digit order number.“

“First time at this location: Tired to order online received an error message. Tried again and order went through online. Ordered the ice cloud latte for my husband and I had the cold coffee with strawberry foam with the breakfast combo for $6.00.

Staff was doing drinks, food, and register. My husband asked the jimmy johns staff section for salt and pepper. At first they stated they didn't have and then they gave him salt and pepper, which he said thank you. He asked about sugar and staff stated no sugar.
There is no station for condiments and sugar like other Dunkin locations. Their is a station for napkins. Straws are by the pick up for orders.

Staff is friendly, food temperature good, drinks cold and made as printed on receipt.
