“It can be hard to find places open on Mondays but this coffee place is. I was able to bring both my girls with me to check this place out. It had been on my to do list for awhile. Had I known how great it was I would have gotten here faster. It has such a cozy feel. Plenty of room for people to dine in and a few outdoor seating options. The drinks were delicious and the baked goods were excellent too. Often I expect the coffee to be just to my liking and usually new places don’t measure up but this coffee place nailed it! The staff was great and made us feel welcome. They have a selection of merchandise for sale that are great prices. We especially liked the connect four/ring toss game outside which entertained my little one while I waited for the locksmith to come unlock my car for me. I love the artwork on the windows and the water dish outside for dogs is great!“

“I Agree best breakfast in Broome county...I've been going there since I was a little kid, I love it...the only place EVER that gets my breakfast right...no matter what my kids and I request they write it down and we have no doubt when it's brought to us it's going to be exactly as we asked ..I've never, not once have had a bad meal there ..I've never even had a mediocre meal there ...Everytime it's above and beyond!!!! Highly recommend...wish it was open 24hrs, my work schedule makes it hard to get to...I work in customer service and recommend this spot the customers that come through and they come back and say it's becoming there favorite spot.. it gets ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“I wanted to highlight an exceptional employee I encountered today before my overnight shift on 12/5. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but she absolutely deserves recognition. Despite standing outside in the freezing cold temperatures, she greeted me with genuine kindness and a bright, uplifting spirit. Her warmth and positivity truly stood out and made my day.
She was a blonde team member taking orders around 4:45 PM, and if her manager sees this, please know that her amazing personality and work ethic shine through effortlessly. She deserves her flowers!“

“I have yet to be disappointed by anything from here and I'm determined to try every flavor I can. So, no almond milk ones for me because allergy🤷‍♀️, but there's still a lot I can have. They put quite a bit of jellies in too, so that's nice. I'm good with the little ice they put in because it means it won't water down too much. I usually get two at a time because I want to try different flavors so the one doesn't dilute too much while consuming the first. It's also more room for delicious milk tea. 😅“

“Frozen coffee was good but if you post a sign saying that no mask on and worn right, covering face completely. Then all of your staff should be to. Even the manager was on duty when one of the male staff had a mask on that didn’t cover the nose and barely covered his mouth. That’s useless and very irresponsible of that store to allow it. Enforce it for everyone.“

“It's inside of a travel center, and it was inviting. There was friendly staff and the coffee was fresh and hot, and I got a deal on something to eat along with my coffee. Great experience, I will definitely come back when I'm in the area.“

“Camille’s made the beautiful & equally delicious cake and cookies for my daughter’s baby shower. Both were sweetly and intricately decorated. The cake was a moist yellow cake sweetened with chocolate chips and a vanilla custard filling. Many of our guests commented on the quality and beautiful design. I’d highly recommend Baked! “The rating is mainly for the great service my granddaughter and I experienced tonight. The girl who took our order at the drive thru was patient, accommodating and helpful answering our questions in a friendly manner. At the pick up window, the young woman was extremely good natured and friendly. The order was made well and received timely. I would definitely visit this particular Starbucks again because of these two women! Their positive personalities were a breath of fresh air compared to many workers at the coffee shops and fast food chains, I wish I got their names!“

It's a Starbucks. Not the best one I've ever been to but not the worst.

This location is usually fairly busy and sometimes parking is dumb, BUT when you have a table and want to catch up with someone it's a nice place.“

“The workers are always the sweetest! I come here often as it is right next to my school. They have randomly upgraded my drinks, and one time I had to wait for my bagel (they ran out and had to bake more) and even though I agreed to wait, they gave me an order of hashbrowns and a frozen hot chocolate for free on top of my order. They are always on top of cleaning and restocking as well, and handle rushes like pros. They also always have great music playing, which is great for when I come here to study :)“
