ordered double cheese burgers and a happy meal for my daughter. they all smelled rotten. I even tried a bite thinking maybe it was just me but tasted as bad as it smelled. Later that night I was getting sick. Make this visit even worst they said in the drive thru that there card machine was down so I had to pay cash. the order was something like $30+ and gave them a $100 bill since I wasn't planning on using cash. Counted my change as I was driving away and was $20.13 short. Well they didn't "have receipt paper" so they couldn't confirm I was short changed. Well either they were scamming customers or they aren't ringing out customers and pocketing the cash. Either way I won't go to this location ever again and after the smell I don't know if I will eat McDonald's in general ever again. District manager needs to be notified about this location.

Bad, French Fries NOT Cooked all the way. Dried out Hamburgers that have been sitting all day or they were from Yesterday. Very Slow Service. Everyone's talking but nothings getting done. You know it's bad when you have four people come to you and asked what are you waiting for. Poor Service.Parking: Who cares about parking McDonalds Sucks terrible Old food Bad service.

My most favorite part is that they actually have a playground for children that I love to play on myself as a 42 year old doll

This McDonald's takes about 15-20 minutes in the drive thru even though there is no one in the dining area or anyone else in the drive thru. This is a little much to wait for a burger and fries.

The line took almost 15 minutes , they didn't have any ice so couldn't provide me with cold drink. So I chose something else , continued to wait 10 more minutes in line still no food. Could wait longer than 25 minutes because I ended up 10 minutes late for work with no food. Got dizzy and dehydrated before lunch thank you.

I used to work for McDonald's when I was younger; both at a franchise and a corporate restaurant. This restaurant was a mess. The general condition of the restaurant is what I would consider unsanitary. The floor in the lobby was dirty and slippery with food and other discarded items on it. And you can also easily see the same conditions behind the counter. Even worse was that this restaurant had a play area and I could only imagine the sanitary conditions of it. Other than the staff, I was the only one in the restaurant so I POLITELY and PROFESSIONALLY called the manager to bring the condition; first to her attention (she was having none of it, turned her back and walked away), and then a gentleman (Justin, I believe) came to speak with me. I made sure to never speak when a customer was around (during the entire conversation, there was only one customer that was only briefly in the restaurant). Justin just made excuses and made no effort to call someone to remedy the situation. As I left the restaurant, I noticed that they forgot my fries. How they can miss one of only two items I ordered escapes me (the other item was a Big Mac). If the Heath Department saw the restaurant as I did, there would be real problems for them. My recommendation is to avoid this particular McDonald's restaurant at all costs.

Food was decent this time around so was the service, there wasn't too much of a long wait in the drive thru.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids play area with slides and tunnels very nice.Wheelchair accessibility: I see sign that say it's wheelchair accessible

I had a mobile coupon gave the guy the code he gave me the total I said thats the incorrect price but I'll pull up. Got to the window he gave me the total again I explained about the coupon again and showed him the offer on my phone. He just kept saying the total over and over and read it back not understanding that one item was supposed to be free. I asked to speak with a manager and he just kept repeating the order over and over when I loudly said I want to ask your Manager repeatedly he ignored me and just kept mumbling the order. I said it loud enough so anyone in the store could hear me and the employees behind him acted like I wasn't loudly asking to speak with a manager. It was unbelievable, but its McDonald's so I guess not that hard to believe. Don't plan on ever going back to that location.
