We went this morning at nine and it was swamped- BUT the staff was so friendly, courteous and quick. They are doing an amazing job and our order was made quickly.

Always slower than other dunkins in the area. Super audacious to have a tip option when they only mix drinks and heat up food and constantly mess up online orders. They are right off base so they probably stay busy but ive seen other dunkins similarity located to military bases and not suck that hard.
Tried their new zero drinks and loved them, so I stopped by for another one. They were out of soda water and not very sorry about. No apology at all. Just “we don’t got anymore soda for the drink…long pause.” Customer service was severely lacking.
