I love Tim Hortons, it's my favorite restaurant, but there's one employee who always gets my order wrong constantly. For instance, today I ordered on the app for my friend and I. We got 2 drinks, a waffle sandwich with extra sausage, and an egg muffin sandwich. EDIT: Thank you @owner, I did what you suggested. I hope this helps!I got the turkey bacon sandwich. The buns came out half charred as shown in the picture. I noticed it after I took a bite, as all I could taste was burned. I kindly asked for it to be remade. They gave me just the toasted bun, I had to make my own sandwich again. What can I say, it’s a gas station store. However the food is not too bad for being a fast food option! There is a large variety of meals to pick from depending on time of day as well as options for sides. The wait usually isn’t too long here and they are customer friendly.
