Have not had a papa John’s pizza in awhile and had to get one for old time sakes . Very disappointed in it, the worst I have had in a long time. Crust was not even done.guess I will not be getting another one too soon.
I waited at the counter while an employee ate food. They then went directly back to preparing pizzas without washing their hands first. Watching that made me lose confidence in the food safety practices here.
This place is literally the slowest restaurant I've ever been to. I'm not sure what the issue is but even when the order is placed ahead of time I'm always waiting 15+ minutes!!! One time I legit waited 45 minutes for an order I have already paid for. Absolutely freaking ridiculous. I've given them many chances but the can never seem to have a single order ready even when ordering ahead. They need to figure their crap out!
