The staff does not take orders correctly. Food is cold. Drive threw orders are faster than going in and they still get the orders wrong. Gave this burger King many chances. I'll stick to McDonald's.
everything was great! well kept store, great atmosphere. great staff

Burger King has a drive-thru with varying experiences. One customer received a rushed order with a missing item, while another appreciated the positive and friendly service from a worker potentially named Lexi. The cleanliness and management under Mr. Bill are also mentioned as positive aspects. Vanilla ice cream, in particular, is noted as a highlight.
