Our first time here, and it won’t be our last. Chakara has an extensive sushi/sashimi menu with some very interesting rolls but for our first meal we chose to select the daily catch sashimi and the spicy maki combo (salmon, tuna and California rolls). My first time eating here and it lived up to my expectations. The 3 for $14.50 lunch special sushi rolls were all excellent! My buddy & I got 3 each to try out. All were delicious and you could taste the freshness. We topped it off with the Japanese Stir Fry of chicken & shrimp on top of fresh steamed veggies over teriyaki sauce. Again, just delicious!
