My husband and I frequent this Dunkin for our Saturday morning coffee. For some reason Dunkin can’t seem to stay consistent with their coffee, no matter where we go. We will get spot on coffee that taste great one week and then the next, it’s bitter and as if they forgot the flavor. I feel like training is important when preparing a flavored coffee. Food is what's expected. Service is ALWAYS slow, not many friendly employees. The atmosphere is as expected for being attached to a gas station. The refreshers are always made correctly and our orders are usually correct. It's a Dunkin, it serves its purpose.
This location needs to get it together in the mornings. While everyone is super nice, I have waited 20 minutes in the drive through line . Once you’re in the line you can’t get out because of the car wash.
