To say I am not a morning person is an understatement! However, I am just leaving the drive through and they absolutely made my day. The person that waited on me had the greatest most upbeat energy. And there was a special surprise on my cup. I feel like folks are all too eager to complain about negative experiences these days and I just wanted to share that this might have been a simple transaction for them, but it really brightened my day!
Drinks were fine! Drive thru line not too long! Butttt, when we went to cash out at the window she goes "i'm just gunna hand it to you, to put your card in, and there's gunna be a question for you to answer." The audacity for the question on the screen to be how much i want to tip was ridiculous. You already get paid hourly but I'm also going to tip you for you literally doing your job ?? Tipping culture has gotten way out of hand.

The Starbucks closest to home. They have a busy drive-thru, but the inside is usually relatively empty and spacious.A good place to get some work done. Good layout with many tables and outlets. Sometimes ordering ahead is unavailable due to their busy drive-thru. However service in the store is usually predictably quick.
