ordered a regular coffee with sugar and half and half and was given a black cup of half regular and half decaf, then was told that was what half and half was, i dont even work with coffee but those little creamers that you hand out with your box coffee, those are half and half or non dairy creamers.I was told only whole milk or skim milk was available and i got a better cup then their "half and half" nastiness.
