We've been to the Faircraft Brauhaus on several occasions and have loved it each time. The food is incredible! I've been to Germany several times and am so excited to have found an authentic Schnitzel! The Finger Lakes Wine Sausage plate was my favorite of the wurst selections, and the Flammkuchens, especially the Rothenburg, are all really tasty. I'm not a beer connoisseur myself, but other people in our parties have raved about the vast selection of German brews...
I went here with my friend on a week night. It was not very busy. It was a cute place, my friend said that there is music there. It's in a good location . I got the holiday sour and it was very good. My friend got her favorite ham and cheese wrap. The Cesar wrap was very good as were the homemade chips.
A large group of us from a local church had a beer tasting then dinner at Faircraft Brauhaus recently. The beer and presentation by the brewmaster were terrific as was the pretzel and mustard served with the beer. Amy helped organize the event, served the beer and pretzels and took our dinner orders afterwards. Her attention to detail and service were really great and much appreciated.
