“This place consistently does not disappoint. Inside you’ll find an unassuming counter line similar to a Chipotle, but this punches way above its weight. The decor is unique and the patio is lovely. Served on tableware with friendly staff. The food is absolutely outstanding. Easily one of the best restaurants of its kind anywhere we’ve travelled. Everything is super fresh and flavorful. We’re not sure what they do differently about their baba, but it is to die for. Their Veggie Sampler is a go-to favorite. Today we also tried the portobello pitza which had nice chunks of olive, onion, tomato, a vinegar reduction, and cheese with a lovely pull to it. We’ve yet to have a single item at this restaurant that wasn’t described as “outstanding” or “among the best we’ve had” for whatever the dish. Our only regret is that we didn’t try it until February 2023.“

“We went to this wonderful restaurant today for the first time, and it was unbelievably great! The man who waited on us answered all of our questions, the environment is warm and inviting, the service was the best ever, service was great, and we were not hurried in any way. Prices are reasonable and the quantity of food is spot on for hungry people. And of course, don't forget the desserts. There is a whole case of desserts to choose, and they were DELICIOUS. We will definitely go back and go back again and again.“

“It is so rare for a place to have a full 5 stars on Google that I was admittedly skeptical, but was glad to find that El Greco lived up to those five stars when I dined there tonight! We enjoyed Greek wine and beer, absolutely delicious bread to start, and some great dishes including spanikopita, lamb souvlaki, and the sausage dish (can't remember the name). Everything was fresh, flavorful, and carefully prepared. Service was attentive and friendly. Overall, it was polished and sophisticated without being pretentious. Note that there is a slight cash discount. We will be back!“

“10/10! I was blown away. Absolutely hands down one of Rochester’s best restaurants. Friendly and quick staff and the food… 🤤 oh the food. The food was DELICIOUS! Cooked to perfection, and as 2 chefs on a date who are highly critical of others cooking, we were BOTH impressed. Atmosphere was warm and inviting, and presentation was impeccable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I took some pics & vids and have a smaller social media of 22K that i plan on directing to go to this extremely good restaurant if they are in the Rochester area. The cocktails are presented with class and flare as well. If you’re looking for that perfect place for a romantic date night dinner, business meeting or just a foodie… this is a MUST-GO! Thanks to the amazing chef who was so accommodating! We will definitely be back!“

“Came upon this vendor in food court this morning. Food and service was top notch. I had a chicken pita chock full of seasoned juicy meat, tzatziki, feta, lettuce, tomato and onions. My son had a traditional gyro. Also delicious. The pita wrap was soft and fresh. will come back!“
