“Came here a few weeks ago for dinner with my bros. We had such a nice dinner here. We were visiting this area for vacation and we stumbled across this place. We got burgers, wings and my favorite, pretzels! These pretzels were amazing! My friends Matt, Connor and Dillon got the burger, wings and grilled cheese and they all loved everything. Best part we got to sit in a booth! I’m a booth guy and if I go to a restaurant I must sit in a booth because I believe tables r for the weak and less fortunate of society so when u sit at a table u show ur lower social class and u look like a hick. Me and the boys could never damage our reputation and image like that. So a booth it was. We would definitely come back here again if we r in the area. It’s too bad this isn’t in Delaware because that’s where we live and it would be awesome to not have to travel all the way up here for this food. “This is by far the best plate in Rochester!! The garbage plate wrap is AMAZING! They also have a sauce called panther sauce that elevates the plate! The only suggestion I have is they need to figure out the phone situation. I feel like they unplug the phones on purpose so they don’t have to take more orders. This makes it hard when wanting to order ahead, we have to drive there and hope for the best when it comes to a wait time. Other then that I HIGHLY recommend!“

“Came from New Jersey for a 30th Surprise Birthday and The Rail did not disappoint! We were sat outside under the gazebo where food and drinks were served quickly as needed. There was a variety of appetizers including Wings, Fried Green Beans, Pretzel, and Mozz Sticks, which were all EXCELLENT; and a nice selection of yummy Beers to drink them down with. Jersey is tough competition for food and I actually considered ordering some Wings and Beans to take back for the road trip. Friendly Staff, Great Atmosphere, Excellent Food all wrapped up in a place I probably would've just driven by not even knowing ... Who knew?“

“A "neighborhood bar and grill" with much better food, drinks, and service. I've been there over a hundred times and love the consistency in the experience. The dining room is separate from the bar area if you want a quieter environment, but there are also tables in the bar area and outside. It's also great for take-out - the online ordering is a little flaky (hint: check out as guest and don't try to make an account) but you can always call your order in as well.

“Six of us dined in West Webster location on Monday night. Amy was excellent!! Great drink specials and $10 medium pizza special (hot right out of oven and delicious). Buffalo chicken sandwich was also yummy. Will be back on Monday night when Amy working as she was great, very welcoming!“
