This seems to have changed, I met Luis the manager and things seem like they are running well! “My mom ordered a chicken over over rice from this Shah's halal restaurant today. It was definitely top 5 -- for $9.99 they gave a lot of food. The chicken was cubed and not crushed up into shreds like most of the Shah's Halal food carts, and they gave a good amount of sauce. Also, I like how they use plastic containers instead of the disposable take-out containers. My food was made relatively quickly and it was moderately busy. Also, this store is not too far from me, so that's an added bonus. Overall, I would definitely recommend this restaurant for anyone that wants a quick platter or gyro made fresh and on the spot, and someone who wants a meal that will fill them up. Will I come back here? Yes.“

“I ordered takeout from Chapli and Chips. I ordered the beef chapli and the chicken chapli and it was off the hook. I highly recommend the kicker sauce and the hot sauce. “recently visited Halal Boyz and decided to try their chicken tikka for the first time. I have to say, it was absolutely delicious! The chicken was incredibly flavorful and cooked to perfection. I also took the cashier's recommendation to try the extra crispy pita bread, and it was a fantastic choice. The pita was perfectly crispy and added a wonderful texture that paired beautifully with the chicken.

“I love their pizzas. They have a brick oven that they make their pizzas in and it really brings out the authenticity of the pizza. Their pizzas are sized just for you to eat. One recommendation for when you go is definitely the bbq chicken pizza! I love the bbq chicken pizza. The pasta is creamy and a little bit more than al dente which I like. There was a lot of shrimp and it was seasoned perfectly and cooked just enough so that it stayed moist and tender!

Rasta Pasta with Salmon 9/10
This is an excellent deal for salmon and pasta! The salmon is soft, fresh, with sweet sauce to complement the savory flavor. It's a perfect mix of healthy and heavy food.

Curry Goat 9/10
Perfectly spiced, savory with medium curry strength and the meat was super soft and falling off the bone.

Soup of the day 8/10
This is an excellent chicken soup. The broth is thick and savory. The chicken is falling off the bone. Chunks of potato and carrot to top it off. Lots of flavor!

Jerk Chicken Sandwich 8/10
It's spicy and reasonably priced and it comes with some slaw. I think it could be dressed up a bit but it's good.

Kale Salad 8/10
It's a healthy and delicious mix of greens and veggies like cucumber, tomato, mango, corn.

Braised Slow Cooked Oxtail (Large) 7/10
I'll have to try this again because when I got it, the oxtail wasn't falling off the bone like I expected. I think it needed more time in the slowcooker. It also needed some more spice.

Yard Style Jerk Chicken (Large) w/ rice and peas 7/10
The chicken is juicy with mild spice and the container was packed but I think the rice and peas was dry. The coconut white rice is better. Plantains were great.“

“I receive my order very quickly, the food is fresh. I've actually sat down to eat, and so far it's peaceful. Usually I don't stay around, but so far so good.

The only con so far is the use of bleach as a cleaner. Once I started smelling it, it was making me sick so I had to leave. Not good while or after eating. Please consider using a non toxic cleaner as bleach is highly toxic.“
