Flavor-A-Bowl (Oh! RAMEN) is a no frills basic spot with a big menu and friendly folks taking your order. The restaurant serves excellent Japanese food like ramen, bao buns, sweets, and rice bowls. The bao buns are hands down the BEST, and the Bok Choy is one of the best dishes. The steamed pork buns are a fabulous mix of sweet and savory with a juicy filling. The spicy miso ramen has a broth with just the right amount of spice and a beautiful depth of flavor. Everything tastes super fresh with clean ingredients and is so flavorful. The sitting area is small with only a few tables, but guests can enjoy a spot by the window. The staff is kind, super polite, and welcoming. This spot is a Farmingdale go-to and literally THE BEST Ramen spot on the island. It is definitely going on the top ten of Long Island eateries.
