“Oh boy the food was great specially with the white sauce, I ordered chicken over rice and ohhh god the taste, the seasoning and sauce created a great texture .. be careful with hot sauce though it’s really spicy … and Edison the manager is really a nice guy he offered us free desert. “

The hippie chicken is the best thing on their menu in my opinion. The owner John( I think that’s his name, I’m terrible with names though) is very nice, approachable, knowledgeable.“
“Awesome food truck!!!! Have to say some of the best food I have gotten out of a food truck! Used him for a work event at the end of last year! People still talk about the event and the food! Had delicious sandwiches my favorite was the Korean sandwich with the Korean French fries!!! And the tacos…. Wish he had a spot so I can get them whenever I want. Chef Graham was very accommodating with the menu and the suggestions helped a lot! Thank you and I will be using you again!“
“We had The Big Cheese Bellmore food truck for our son’s 1st birthday was the best decision we made! Everyone was raving about the food, how unique it was, how quickly they served everyone, and how amazing Chrissa was. Chrissa was so kind and went out to her way to make sure everything went smoothly. She even showed up early to check where the best place to park would be. So happy we chose to have Chrissa and her amazing staff for the party! She is absolute joy! Loves what she does, people, and cooking! Highly recommend! If you are on the fence, it’s totally worth it!“
“Great pies from Nico's. Very impressed. Went in for a few IPAs from Root and Branch and tried a pie from Nico's. Absolutely delicious. Great char on the pie. Added a little hot honey. Was really good. Would recommend coming here for the pizza even if you're not into IPA beer. Yes it was that good. By the train tracks in Copiague“
“Stopped by here today for the first time, had the steak sandwich and some of the empanadas which was a special for the day Guy working the truck counter was friendly and accommodating (had a small dietary preference) Steak sandwich was top notch, made a bit different with chunkier slices of steak that have more of a bite than usual. Will definitely get more of these! Empanadas were also surprisingly good. Since Ive only been once i can only speak to my small experience and menu choice, but already plan to go again sometime soon.“

“We had a great experience with Vice Doughnuts and Coffee yesterday. We hired them to come out for our Daughters 1st Birthday and they lived up to the hype. Doughnuts were fresh and their coffee was really delicious. Service was excellent and they made sure everyone was happy. We were even given two dozen doughnuts to keep at the end. Two thumbs up.“
“The food was amazingly delicious and authentic. The carnitas was nice and fatty and flavorful. What I didn't like was mostly the "no price posted because it can change" policy. There were no prices on the menu. I was told " $12 for 3 tacos and soda."". Then, when I was paying for my food, I was told soda was not included. I had to wonder if they had a different price for me because I didn't speak Spanish. The surroundings also were not the cleanest. Sidewalk was covered with dirt and debris, and the food truck was between an auto shop and a laundramat.“
“Food is always amazing. The cheese steaks are some of the best that I have ever had. The Cod sandwich is a 10 out of 10. Their Italian combo sandwich is top tier. Service is always fast, the guys are friendly and there has never been an issue with any of my orders. I highly recommend this place.“
